I don't work for them but my daughter does and I have to say, they have looked after her welfare as well as the clients, since she has worked there. I don't know who the other reviewers are talking about but it is not RFMS. I never want to go into a nusing home but if I did, I'd give them a go. Other reviews are just narky people with a barrow to push. Her last company made up complaints from clients to get rid of her becaue she was the last hold out on permanent contract. It was so upsetting to know that a work place would stoop this low and upset a loyal worker as they did. Do your own research and don't rely on short sharp reviews.

I have been an Administrator of a RFMS facility for about a year now. They have proven to be one of the best companies that I have worked for. Corporate staff are always willing to help when needed. They have been an incredible help as we have navigated the COVID-19 pandemic.
