I did research online and visited 3 memory care facilities before picking Cedarhurst of Frankfort for my wife's care. Cheri was so helpful at explaining all the aspects of their facility and gave me a tour on two occasions and gave me honest answers to all my questions. My wife moved in there recently and all the caregivers and staff have been so wonderful and helpful to her to make the big adjustment. She seems at home there already and really likes the food they prepare for her. Shawn and Erin also plan a lot of activities for the residents to keep them busy and connected. The facility is always clean and it doesn't have that nursing home smell that a lot of places have. They have an app that can download that will show you the daily activities of the residents and any special events that are coming up. They also sent me a couple of pictures of my wife there the first week. I knew that I couldn't take care of my wife safely at home anymore and I feel more at ease now that she has immediate help available 24/7 there at Cedarhurst. Highly recommended!

Lois Goss lives at Cedarhurst and could not be happier with the people who work there. Tyechia is so kind and always makes Lois aware of activities Also Shay And Claudia are my two favorites they make her feel special and keeps a smile on her face to brighten her day . She is one of many who can make her laugh and smile.All the P.T. Workers make her feel like personal friends and Kathy & Ashley do more than just clean, they make her feel special.

Very happy with our decision to move my dad to Cedarhurst of Frankfort! The staff is excellent and very helpful. There are plenty of activities to keep him busy, and he has a sense of independence and at the same time feel he is being watched and cared for. They also keep in touch with the families in regards to the activities my dad is participating in.

Poor care of residents. Lack of memory care services. Staff turnaround is way too high. Facility looks nice but care is not good. Food is not good. Basically only concerned about money received from residents. Extremely unhappy with our experiences with 2 family members. Would never recommend to anyone. Never judge a book by its cover. From the outside looking in you will most definitely be fooled as we were. Regret our decision everyday

My parent moved into Cedarhurst December 2021 when it opened. They are very happy. It was hard moving them from their home but the transition to Cedarhurst could not have gone any better. Very friendly and professional staff. Kathy Lorenz who I worked with directly leading up to my parents moving in was wonderful. Always available to answer questions. Knowledgeable and caring. My parent are so happy at Cedarhurst and that has made me and my siblings happy and comfortable knowing they are at a very nice place that can support their needs.

Cedarhurst came highly recommended. We went on a tour to see if it was the perfect place for mom. It was! We moved mom in April. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. It was nice to finally see mom happy after dad passed. I don't think we could of found a better new home for mom.

My Mom has been a resident there since December 2021. We are so very pleased with this facility! The staff is caring and professional. The facility is clean and beautiful. There are various activities for all the residents. My Mom had two minor health issues and the nursing staff was wonderful. I feel confident that she is taken care of, while having privacy as well. Not a week goes by that my Mom doesn't tell me how happy she is there. I would highly recommend Cedarhurst.

Nice building some staff is nice. But i wouldn't work there. Because i got into a accident i let them no what happened called after i told them i had to get a test done. Guess i was calling the wrong number. There resident coordinator aka team lead said the shift was fill. Imstead of being honest and saying the truth. But yet you guys on indeed and everything lack of communication to me.
