The apartments are a bit small but everything is nice enough. My one star ration is due to the property manager, [name removed]. She is rude, made the moving in process more than difficult, she won’t return phone calls yet gets argumentative if you just show up st the window for assistance. She’s always too busy to be polite and literally will not sign for a package if a delivery is made because she wants no accountability. When in all actuality she should be accountable for her attitude because she is a GUEST in our home. Under normal conditions I would ask someone to leave my home if they talked to me as she does. [name removed] makes living here miserable. I walk in to the building with bated breath hoping I won’t run into her. And if you’re with someone in the common areas, Fran has Nzo problem saying rent is due tomorrow or the toilet should be fixed today. Privacy please!!! If it wasn’t for management here, it would be a fine place to live. But don’t move here and think you’ve found a home. Alls you found was a cell to live in while the warden makes your life hell. And the thing of it is, there’s no one to complain to about [name removed]. She is the gatekeeper and likes the power. So I resort to blasting her on this page so maybe someone can fix [name removed] and so you know what you’re getting into. Take [name removed] out of equation and for gods sake, turn the lights on. It’s always so dark downstairs and the furniture is dated badly. It definitely has an senior living vibe to it. The decor needs updated badly, probably [name removed] department!
