I am so thankful for Brookstone! I live in Virginia and recently moved my 96-year-old father into Brookstone. Diana Kelly, the Executive Director, has been very kind, friendly and professional in answering all of my questions and helping me get my Dad settled. The Staff have been fabulous - they have all been so kind and genuinely caring. The residents have been very welcoming. I can leave my Dad here feeling confident he will be happy and well taken care of!

Brookstone Estates, Fairfield, Illinois. I definitely cannot say enough about this place. I absolutely love the management and staff. I truly believe that management and staff make it like a home setting. There is no doubt that they believe in what they’re doing and accept and love every one of the residents. It absolutely shows in every way. The activities, the interaction with staff and other residents is amazing. I love how clean and decorated this place is, especially for every season. One of my favorite times is Thanksgiving, how they warmly welcome and encourage family members to share in that special time. The management and staff serve the residents and families what an unforgettable experience. They also encourage many activities and outings for the residents. I only have a friend in this facility however, I would be honored to have any one of my family members to share in this environment and experience a whole other world.

I am immensely grateful for the remarkable kindness and care exhibited by the staff at Brookstone Estates of Fairfield. It brings me great comfort to know that my mom is surrounded by such loving individuals who create an environment where she can stay active, find happiness, and truly enjoy herself. Her apartment is spacious and the staff keep it clean. The food is always delicious.

Had a fantastic lunch at Brookstone today! Especially enjoyed the roasted potatoes - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and seasoned perfectly with rosemary. Yum!

I can't say enough about the staff. They have been wonderful. If anyone needs a home for an elderly friend or relative this is the place. They do everything for your loved one and the apartments are very nice and just the right size. I would highly recommend a tour to see for yourself how great brookstone is.

The staff is compassionate. They go out of their way to keep the facility clean and their residents are treated with dignity and they go out of their way to create fun activities to engage them. Hands down one of the best facilities I have been in.
