My Mom was a resident at Westminster Place The Highlands Assisted Living until her recent move to memory care. During her time in Assisted Living her care was exceptional. She had a beautiful apartment she enjoyed. Most important was the care she received. Her Resident Assistants, Sherese and Roxanne were the best. The food and dining considerations were perfect, thank you Margie. Sheila (housekeeping) always made things sparkle. Additionally Carolyn, Brent, Sam, Tina, Lilibeth, Alfa, Jackie and so many other employees were always available to answer questions and help whenever needed. Thank you for all you do.

My mother is staying at McGaw/Westminster for some rehab after a hospitalization. I was very impressed with the attention to details during the check in process and the initial care she received from all the staff. They were recommended to me by multiple friends. So glad they were able to help my mom in her recovery process.

My mom stayed at Westminster Place for rehab after her shoulder replacement surgery, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care she received. The physical and occupational therapists were outstanding”encouraging, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping her regain strength and confidence. The in-house physician and nursing staff were attentive, compassionate, and always available to answer our questions and make sure my mom was comfortable. She also really enjoyed the delicious meals, which made her feel right at home. We are so thankful for the entire team at Westminster Place. They made a difficult recovery so much smoother and gave us peace of mind every step of the way. Highly recommend!

We moved in 9 months ago and are pleased. We expected it to be 4-5 stars and it has not disappointed. Certainly there are small improvements here and there but no neighborhood, community, city or state is perfect; nor is any house or apartment. The landscaping and maintenance is well done, the activities abound, the food is good, the staff always helpful and couteous.

I have lived here for 15 years and counting, and don't regret a minute of it. For a campus that is more than a hundred years old, the maintenance and upkeep is ongoing and excellent. The care of residents at all levels can't be beat!
