She is truly happy there and I hope that she can be in there until she feels she no longer needs help as a recovery at home is near impossible. Staffing has a great team! They communicate well, helpful to all aide, well caring to patients. Mangers are on top of aides and making sure all things are complete. I would highly recommend this facility!

I work with Senior Services and Home Care Services through our the Elgin areas. Crescent Care is one of the areas best residential Activities Department in Elgin. Residents enjoy engaging in Activities coordinatored by Jobany . They have fun in a social setting and are very much satisfied and entertained with the events and activities provided for their daily routines.

I have nothing but good to say about Crescent Care! Even though it's an older building, the Staff, Management, and Therapists are top notch! They take Excellent care of my husband and are Always available when he needs something! The nurses & CNA's are Awesome & have an Excellent rapport with their patients! Another outstanding quality I am Very impressed with is their security! You have to check in via a photo machine & type in who you are there to visit! Then it spits out your photo pass with the patients name! Security is one of the main issues I am concerned with, so I feel confident at night when I leave that my husband will be safe! I understand it's under new management & they are doing a Great job at remodeling the building with new flooring & paint with even more to come! I have read bad reviews in the past, but in my opinion, I feel this is a Wonderful facility with Excellent care, which is more important then a beautiful building! You can feel comfortable leaving your loved one at Crescent Care in Elgin!

Everyone was very friendly and while I was visiting my dear friend a lovely Gal came in and asked what my friend would like. You know, card games, Bible Study if that all comes through, I will be so happy for my friend.

I've been here twice so far. The residents are very friendly and easy going. Probably the most friendly ones I have encountered. All staff is very helpful and are willing to help with any questions you may have. I definitely will come back here and encourage other agency nurses to do so as well. My grandma has been at crescent care for about 2.5 years and has enjoyed her time there. She always says she likes the people who work there and "everybody is so nice to her". Facility is clean and staff are welcoming.

I was really pleased with the caring staff and the A+ service provided to my brother during his stay at Crescent Care. They not only addressed his therapy needs but provided him with the emotional support he needed to get him back home. I highly recommend this facility.

Entry staff person was very cordial and helpful.Another staff member took us personally to the floor and nursing station of the resident we were visiting. Once we arrived at the nursing station,we were met with a very friendly housekeeping staff member who was mopping the floors. She greeted us with a warm smile and instructed us to be careful of the damp floor. She just completed mopping. Nurses at the nursing station were also nice. One took the resident to the lounge area where we could have a private visit.

My mom is a resident at Crescent Care and receives exceptional care! Since her admission and completing the physical therapy she is now walking again and enjoys the wide range of activities that the activity director and his staff members offer each day. From the front desk staff, to the nursing, activity, physical therapy, and administrative staff the Crescent Care team is highly professional, caring and compassionate. I am so grateful that we choose Crescent Care for my mother's long term care!
