I love my apartment but the residents are very disrespectful they bother your mail and packages snooping for some reason or another. I don't socialize a lot I"m a very private person who believes darkness can't comprehend light! I don't have time to sit around gossiping about people or what's going on with people who are neighbors not friends. This is really annoying and disrespectful especially when I was approved for 30% and paying over 62.5%. Paying My Bills On Time And In Full Is Truly Unacceptable To Me. They mess with your mail and packages which should be on surveillance but nothing's done after complaining! They want to charge you $35.00 for light bulbs that hasn't been changed since the building opened like you're an idiot or have no knowledge of how long bulbs last especially bulbs that are barely used or turned on. The bulbs in the corridors and hallways burn 24/7 and last longer than those in your unit. Think it's time to look for something else before I have to act my color instead of my age because I refuse to be consistently disrespected where I pay my cost to be my boss real talk!

Its beautiful. My grandmother lives there the staff is great with staying o top of things. This place rents based on income for seniors. Fairly updated apartments. 1-2 bedrooms in the main building. Theres a park there for the grandparents to take their grand kids to. Small dogs allowed to live there.

Pray a unit comes available quickly, just went on wait list and the building is lovely, close to stores, parking garage is the greatest feature, people all seem friendly, hallways and common areas were immaculate. Would love to call here home!
