These apartments are spaceous and have most of the same amenities as high priced apts. The balconies are solid concrete at least 30 ft. long.The tap water tastes like bottled water. The toilets are high-tech.There are 2 elevators. One for if you are carrying up groceries or a bicycle and the other, strictly for passengers.If you rent an apartment on an upper level, you will not need to turn on the heat. The heat from the coils in the concrete floors below radiate up into your space. No heating bill. Also no smoke and germs blowing through a vent connected to other apartments! The best thing is...you can't hear your neighbor. Insulated concrete walls protect your privacy. In the summer, the common areas are kept cool and refreshing. You can smoke in your apartment but hardly anyone does. The doors are thick solid wood with a heavy duty deadbolt; designed so that it is impossible to lock yourself out.

My mom lives there and you have to apply and there may be a wait because it is a senior building and they go by your income far as rent is concerned.
