New office staff took over and are extremely rude. They constantly have bedbugs all over the buildings. Was so happy to leave that place!

I lived there for 5 years with no real issue. Until [name removed] became the manager. And then I realized that she picks and chooses the ones she's likes. And let's get by with breaking the rules. But picks on the ones that try to obey the rules. Also ignored major issues of illegals use of marijuana in the building. Claims when she investigates that she can't smell it but the neighbors around the marijuana users can. Just saying if you don't want your family around illegal drug use don't put them in vermilion house.

This is a low income and mostly elderly people with disabilities and medical issues.my father has been hospitalized several times this year with amputation and diabetes issues along with dementia.he can no longer live alone needs 24 hour supervision . management was notified by me of his condition and signed 30 day notice and all my father's belongings were removed from apartment.my father was taken to apartment to drop key off and apparently paid another month rent without family knowing about it.i confronted Cathy Bridgewater about this asking why she took my father's money for rent when his apartment has been empty for a month.as of this day Paul Warren is back in hospital waiting for nursing home placement.cathy Bridgewater your peice of shit taking advantage of old people that can't Care for their self we will see you in court soon for the money you took from my father.you don't take people money after they are moved out and signed 30 day notice.he owes you nothing.from Scott Warren and family
