Crystal Pines is a beautiful facility with amazing staff. They have beautiful rehab rooms for those needing extra care before heading back home. Staff there really connect with their residents.

Moved my brother here a week ago and this place is amazing! They get him up and dressed every day, the menu is amazing,and if you don't want what they are serving you can get a burger, or hotdog, or even a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.Hes outlook on life has changed since arriving! He's always happy and smiling when I stop in to check on him! Plus the staff and nurses and CNA are all very nice and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better place for him!

I have been employed at Crystal Pines for over eight years, the genuine care for residents and their well being has never been more important to our administration and staff. This has been even more apparent during the pandemic. Our therapy staff continues to establish and meet goals with our short term rehab residents. Our activities department is enthusiastic and creative, keeping our residents involved and entertained.

Nice place for loved ones. A number of shining stars here - Maria will help with anything and make sure that any concerns are followed up on. Lisa, ADON is amazing and never disappoints. David the night nurse - an angel. Jamie at the front desk makes sure all appointments/transportations are taken care of immediately. Jim the administer very personable and will always make time and tries to get to know his residents personally. As with any other facility there are some bad seeds that at times can ruin your experience. I would recommend, but would also give the advice of always being in the know and ask questions of all individuals. Food service really needs work, but from what I understand they are working on fixing it.

My elderly mother was there for a couple of weeks (in rehab). Staff were attentive and friendly. I was impressed with the social worker, nurses and therapists. Food was hit or miss with many times being served cold instead of warm.
