What a wonderful place! The facility is clean, the staff are attentive, professional and patient with the residents. There's a variety of activities throughout the day. The food is served to each resident in the dining area or in their apartment. The food is delicious, I have eaten with my mother several times. There's music of the past playing each day to lift the spirits of residents. family and staff. There are nursing staff that provides my mother with medication as needed. Her apartment is always clean, and her laundry always done. I am greeted with a warm smile as I enter the building and I am informed of the location of my mother. My mother is doing so much better in this environment. I am so pleased for The Pointe. This facility is a treasure for which I am thankful.

I’ve been a CNA for 10 years & have worked in many stressful environments, but one thing about The Pointe, I found peace. From the administration on down they have always shown fairness and genuine concern. I don’t feel looked over or unappreciated. The residents are a plus especially memory care. I’ve grown very close to the residents. Honestly I’ve witnessed more structure at The Pointe than anywhere I’ve worked. That’s why I have no intentions of leaving any time soon.

My mother currently lives at The Pointe. Before moving my mother here, I researched a lot of other communities, however The Pointe was top notch. I feel safe knowing that she is in a wonderful, caring community that is attentive to her needs. The staff is wonderful and is always willing to go the extra mile for the residents.

The staff is very caring and the activities are great for the residents. The facility is very well kept and is constantly being updated. You can tell that the staff really cares about the residents and their well being.

My parents are here currently and seem to like it. The building is very clean, the help is very friendly, and the meals are really good. The staff is very responsive and seem to be knowledgeable about the type of care they need. The facility offers different activities every day like bingo, bunco, and occasional outings. They also have a hairdresser available, which is very convenient. The thing I like most about this community is that, even if a resident runs out of funds, they wont kick them out. Theyll work with them to find different options of paying. From the overall experience our family has had with this place, I would recommend them.

I am very happy with the people here. Everyone is super friendly, the facility is clean, and there are tons of activities. Everyone is on a first name basis so its great. They have group exercise classes every day, they provide bingo, trivia, live entertainment, and right now theyre big on the Christmas activities. From what I have observed the food is good and well balanced. I most definitely recommend this facility to other people that are looking into their options. The location is convenient for me and I like their inclusive pricing.
