Having spoken to residents, this place is not what it claims. Rent is outrageous for 1 1/2 meals which are often cold. Staff nearly inadequate. Pool is off limits to residents but not staff! Nighttime pool parties. No responsive management on site, skeletal or staff on weekends. All in all, their brochures are false advertising. This company controls many retirement communities so buyers beware.

We were looking for a place for a relative in Willow Falls Senior Assisted Living. The front of the property is nice, but if you walk around to see what other amenities are outside it's very disappointing how UN-KEPT the grounds are. There is a pond and another water feature., but the place is so overgrown like no one ever bothers. Please see enclosed photos. These were taken when the weather was still beautiful. You need to see how awful your representation of the back of the property looks. Only thing done were some trees were cut down but no one came back to finish the clean up

Willow Falls attempted to refuse my father's return from the hospital after he had a seizure. They accepted him back after a social worker informed them of my father's legal right to return to his own domicile. During all this they contacted my sister and told her that they were kicking him out because of a violent episode. This social worker stated this is not the first time they've witnessed this treatment of Willow Fall's residents. I complied with their wished and moved my father, who was now deemed as violent, to a different facility that would accept him on short notice. I spoke with multiple staff members at Willow Falls who informed me that they never had any problems with my father. More than likely this had to do with my father's 25% discount that was negotiated prior to his occupancy with the previous management. When Willow Falls came under new management, the price was increased across the board, and they reneged on the original discount. I was also informed that the rent for the month of his vacancy would be prorated and we would receive a partial refund for the month. No refund has been received. Hopefully this review is helpful to those of you deciding where to house your vulnerable loved ones. Edit: they delivered the prorated refund

I can't say enough on how wonderful this place is! The staff are very friendly, helpful, caring, and take great care of the residents. They have daily activities for Assisted living and Memory Care and make sure everyone is having a good time and cared for. Monthly Birthday Celebrations, Ice cream socials, Entertainment, are just a few things that happen at Willow Falls. I highly recommend for anyone looking for assisted living and memory care. My Mom is in Memory Care and the staff are wonderful with her and all the residents.

The immediate need for professional, compassionate care was paramount, and we were so fortunate to find Willow Falls Senior Living. What could have been an overwhelming and difficult journey became a period of healing and comfort, all thanks to the incredible team and environment at this facility. From the moment Mom arrived, the staff treated her with a level of kindness and dignity that was truly remarkable. Every caregiver, nurse, and therapist seemed to understand not just the medical needs of a stroke patient, but the emotional and psychological support required as well. My aunt has lived here for many years and it's a very nice and comfortable facility. I'm very excited about some of the new features and activities they've started to introduce - like a new monthly 'family' dinner/event. They just did a Tuscany Evening and it was so well done. the food was great, a band and music. A wonderful opportunity for the families to join their loved ones and be part of the community!

This place is just awful!! The food is terrible - if there is anyone to show up from the kitchen staff to open up the dining room and serve it! Residents will stand waiting outside for the doors to open for up to an hour!! When food is served, it's cold and inedible!! [name removed] just fired the only good thing that was there - the Activities Director - because [name removed] didn't like that she stood up for the residents! Isn't that what a good employee does? Make the residents happy and comfortable? Now the residents are very unhappy and have to endure with [name removed]! The residents were VERY DISAPPOINTED that [name removed] t will remain when Vista takes over - HE IS THE PROBELM!!!! The Fish Rots at the Head!!

Our loved one loved in Willow Falls for over 5 years. We loved all the workers and nurses and our loved one seemed happy. If I was writing this review 4 months ago it would be a 4-5 star review. Sadly I am writing this review after our love one passed. The individuals who took care of her were very sympathetic and showed great compassion. My husband tried to meet with the Director 3 times to see what we needed to do and when we needed to clean our her space by but he was too busy to talk to us. We just got billed for January and our bill is not correct, still he did not come out of the office but instead sent someone out to tell us not to worry about it. No card, no I am sorry for your loss from the management for someone who stayed there for over 5 years. We were just $ to them. Very disappointing.

We moved my mother in law to Willow Falls. The experience was beyond our expectations. Stephanie, the senior living advisor, took care of everything and we had no concerns. All the staff members from the front desk person to the nurses were lovely and accommodating. She has been there for a week and we are still impressed. It can be a hard transition to put your loved one in a care center, but this one is phenomenal. Randy works on the memory care floor and he is such a kind soul and does a great job keeping everyone active and thriving. He and the other workers are so patient and helpful. It has helped my grandmother flourish in ways I haven’t seen in years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I know a person in this facility. She was exposed to COVID-19 by two different staff members. We were told at first they would test her since she was exposed, then the story changed to them not testing her because they quote on quote "don't have to" because its an "assisted living facility". I don't believe this was even reported to the health department. I think everyone has a right to know that they do not do things right for their elderly residents. They should be taking special care to ensure the safety of their elderly residents instead of doing the bare minimum and neglecting what should be done the right way.
