This place is just awful!! The food is terrible - if there is anyone to show up from the kitchen staff to open up the dining room and serve it! Residents will stand waiting outside for the doors to open for up to an hour!! When food is served, it's cold and inedible!! [name removed] just fired the only good thing that was there - the Activities Director - because [name removed] didn't like that she stood up for the residents! Isn't that what a good employee does? Make the residents happy and comfortable? Now the residents are very unhappy and have to endure with [name removed]! The residents were VERY DISAPPOINTED that [name removed] t will remain when Vista takes over - HE IS THE PROBELM!!!! The Fish Rots at the Head!!

Absolutely love the staff and team at Willow Falls. They always have a can do attitude, thoughtful, patient and caring. They have been especially accommodating to our family in this transition of my grandparents into their care. They take the time to get to know us and my grandparents, as well as keeping us updated on their care. We could not ask for a better team for our family.

I cannot say enough good things about Willow Falls. I was looking for a place for Mom that not only looked good from the outside, but felt like home on the inside. THIS IS THE PLACE! My Mom has been in both Independent living and assisted. The staff is phenomenal. Everyone that we have encountered goes out of their way to be kind and helpful. Our questions are addressed with detailed answers. Walking in the front door is so peaceful. You truly feel the love. Food is delicious. They offer a wide variety of activities for both residents and their families. Also a hair salon and a small shop for incidentals. Looking for a retirement community? Look no further! Thank you Willow Falls for all the care you pour out on my Mom!!

I know a person in this facility. She was exposed to COVID-19 by two different staff members. We were told at first they would test her since she was exposed, then the story changed to them not testing her because they quote on quote "don't have to" because its an "assisted living facility". I don't believe this was even reported to the health department. I think everyone has a right to know that they do not do things right for their elderly residents. They should be taking special care to ensure the safety of their elderly residents instead of doing the bare minimum and neglecting what should be done the right way.

Great place for my parents. The staff are there if they need them and to double-check on them but don't treat them as invalids. Treat all with respect and caring as it should be for our Senior generation.

Willow Falls is a highly professional, well organized operation! There are interesting activities, good food, efficient staff, and other amenities such as beauty care, Bible Studies, worship, and secure medical care for the residents. They are currently remodeling, so excuse their dust! Apartments on the west side overlook lovely retention lake. My loved one is thriving there!

We recently lost our Mother/Mother In Law Doris Legrand. I just wanted to send a note of heartfelt thanks to all the staff and residents for making the last year of her life a happy and enjoyable one. She came to love it there and I only wish she would have had more time.

I went in and applied for a job at Willow Falls and I am glad I did. The people I meet there were very nice and they put you at ease from the stressful interview process. I meet a couple of residents when I walked in for the interview and they were very nice. When I walked in the main lobby it was beautiful and very clean. I was very impressed with the interviewers, they were very professional and you could tell they were very committed to their jobs and they cared very much about the residents of Willow Falls. Thanks to Angie and Greg for the opportunity to interview at Willow Falls. Great Job Guys !!!
