Very caring staff. My grandma spent 8 months there for rehab. She enjoyed the care given by CNAs, Enjoyed activities and their wonderful staff and made many friends while staying there. She still asks about staff and other residents. She even still comes out to play bingos on Saturdays on occasion.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Pleasant Meadows. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care I received here, highly recommend!

I give it a over all 9.0 it is a nursing home not Cesar's Palace. The cleanliness in my opinion is a 9. These ladies work there finges to the bone, day in and day out. Many people roam within the walls. And the place still looks good. I will be adding more, after discharge Tuesday.

When I visited my aunt today I was very disappointed in the conditions I found. Her room was dirty and messy. The bed did not look like a normal sized bed and the sheets were in need of cleaning. The room was messy, dirty and in need of painting. The impression I got from the time I walked in was that the facility was badly in need of updating. The walls were in terrible condition from neglect. I had a mother in an assisted living and also in a nursing home and it never looked like this even at its worst. My aunt did not complain but I am not sure she is fully aware of her surroundings. To be fair, the staff was helpful and pleasant. But I am concerned about the condition of the facility. Does it pass health inspection? I would not recommend this facility to anyone!

Disconcerting behavior by a member of their housekeeping staff, today, on my first official visit to the facility as a family member. I was accosted by a janitor (housekeeper?) who interrogated me at the door and interfered between myself and the receptionist. The janitor also performed a medical procedure (checking my temperature). I assume that she is not licensed or certified in medtech. She obviously has no training in public relations, lacking even the basics of normal common courtesy and etiquette. She later interfered during my appointment and left a hand-written makeshift work order beside my son-in-law - an employee at the nursing home who had previously requested the time off in order to be of assistance in processing the paperwork for my wife's admittance to Pleasant Meadows. An unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I am not impressed, at all.

While visiting I was thankful for the kind staff. I know they go unthank, underpaid, and unappreciated more often than not. I was glad to see they took time to do simple things like games, crafts, and Bible study with the residents. I do wish the facilities were larger, but that is no fault of the staff.
