Management has deteriorated considerably from original excellence. (Professional Property Managerial Staff) No activities, Indoor Common Areas void of activity, Vending machines (Out of Order) and no building cosmetics, e.g., washing of windows, cleaning blinds, and timely garbage collection. Most services no longer apply to Senior Suites New City as they did originally. No response to emails or correspondence from Corporate.

Very nice and private. Free wash and dry for residents carpeted and nice furniture in day room. Plenty of activities and a nice medium size library.
