I was very happy to find this place for my mother. They help with her daily needs and check in on her regularly. They have lots of fun and enriching activities for the residences. It’s a friendly and welcoming environment. I am especially grateful for the nursing staff that comes to my mother’s aid whenever she’s in need. Having her here has been a tremendous help to me. I can sleep better knowing they are helping meet her needs.

I had my leg amputated January 6,2022. I have not been outside or socialized since then, only for doctors appointments. That’s all I did until I came here. Not only can I get around but I have been more active here in two months than I was at home. I’m happy here. Free from the stress of living mostly alone, trying to do things on my own but you know the best thing I like is there is always someone who checks on you in the morning and at night to make sure you’re okay. I love that feeling of not being alone.

Montclare is a well maintained active assisted living property. The Marketing Director is very much hands on she's a person that you would want with your loved ones. She's active not just with her seniors in her property but in the community. I've worked with her and for me you can't go wrong. Several of my independent seniors have stated that if they have to go to an assistive living facility they want to go to Montclare.

Montclair Supportive Living provides excellent care for our mom. It was very hard for my mom to relocate, but once she arrived, the staff made her feel very welcome. Ms Vicky Hughes and the move in coordinator went over and beyond to make her feel comfortable. We are very impressed. My mom love her new home. My brother and I are less stress. Thank you all for the ribbon cutting. Mom said she love it there. God is so good!!!!!!

I have encountered the most compassion group of staff. The staff there treats you with the uttermost respect; their very attentive, honest, soft spoken and dedicated. I saw a flyer about an event they were having. The staff at this facility is awesome! I attended the event that was hosted at this location for the residents and the community. I recently decided to go inside. I never saw a center so clean, well, decorated, and the staff if very friendly. Hello my brother has been at this facility for going on three years. The facility has been very supportive to my brother needs.when he needs to see a doctor at the facility or at a hospital the staff makes sure he sees the doctor or go the hospital.if something breaks the staff repairs the issue or replaces it. My brother is happy there. Vicki is warm and receptive to my questions and tries to make sure the issue is resolved in a timely manner. I am impressed with the way the facility is ran .thank you staff and keep up the good work

My grandma has been in this facility for about 3 months now and my family and I have been nothing but happy. The staff is extremely caring and accommodating towards my grandmas needs. The upper management does an amazing job keeping the family informed of day to day behaviors and activities. At first I was worried about the care that my grandma might receive, but after seeing her adjust, it’s been nothing but relief. I see her quite often and have become friendly with the staff. Even though my grandma could be tough at times, they completely understand my grandma means well. The staff has become part of family to her. They keep my grandma involved with activities and try to have her be involved with other residents.

My uncle is well kept for and I especially love the planned festivities that occur. Montclare Supportive Living is a beautiful low income community. The staff is very professional I thought until my brother who was a resident there from June 2017 through April 2020. Due to health issues he was transported to the hospital and them to a rehab facility. He was unable to return within the 30 day re enrollment period. Therefore the Administration removed and destroyed all of his belongings without providing the 30 day notice which the State of Illinois requires. The medical staff was aware of where my brother had been transferred to because I called the Staff Nurse and the Director of Nursing MYSELF! My strong advice to anyone assisting a family member with selecting a facility for their loved one is to make sure there is a Power of Attorney on file with the facility. I was told by the Gardant Director for Montclare that they followed the rules in destroying my brother’s belongings because they didn’t have a Power of Attorney on file. As of today I am still waiting for the Administration to resolve this issue, my brother‘s belongings must and should be replaced! According to Montclare’s website it says they have storage areas for residence, it seems they could have packed and stored for the 30 days before destroying. Thank you very much.
