Mr. Volini and his staff are outstanding at providing a loving, professional caretaking team. He understands the minute details it takes to find the right fit for your family. We moved both of my parents (89,90 in wheelchairs) into my home with a four day notice which was extremely stressful. Mr. Volini was Johnny on the spot. END OF STORY! He sent a wonderful nurse over WITHIN AN HOUR! He has insight and understands the details of each individual on his staff and communicates effectively with his client regarding the needs of the family he is serving. Maureen (his assistant) is a sweetheart and worked very well beside him. She also got back to me immediately. We have a house filled with kids and they all agree that Lakeshore Senior Services has been a Godsend to our family. Our entire family will continue doing business with Mr. Volini and will look no further for a caretaking service. Thank you Mr. Volini and staff! I highly recommend Lakeshore Senior Services. The staff has gone above and beyond in their efforts to provide care and comfort to my aunt at a critical time when she has needed it the most. Lakeshore Senior Services has been a pleasure to work with. The staff is professional, caring, accommodating, reliable and trustworthy. My aunt is receiving services in Chicago while I am living many miles away. I know that my aunt is in good hands, whether she is receiving in-home care or transportation. For as long as Lakeshore has been providing services, my worries have disappeared because I know that my aunt is safe. We have switched private pay agencies in the past, and are happy to say that our search is finally over. My aunts health has declined over the last several months with multiple hospitalizations. Everyone at Lakeshore Senior Services has made a very difficult time more bearable with their kind and dedicated staff. I cannot thank them enough.

Lakeshore Senior Services was very easy to work with. I was in a bind and Tom was kind enough to help me. The person sent to help me get to and from my oral surgery appointment was wonderful. Not only did she make sure I was fine post-op, but during my procedure she spent time with my mom making sure she was fed. Im grateful for Lakeshore Senior Services and their level of professionalism. Highly recommend

This company by far exceeds all others. Having a father-in-law that is wheelchair bound and while looking for transportation came across this extremely caring and understanding company. They go above and beyond in service, friendliness and really do care for their patients and clients. Number 1 in our book. Definitely would recommend them for each and every service they provide!!
