DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE infested with mice, the fire alarm goes off at 2:00 am in the morning every month because people cook and fall to sleep. DANGEROUS. the people sit out in front of the building block the doors and talk about you if you do not congregate with them one of the men in the building got mad with me because I would not let him put sale papers at my door that the mail man delivers, I had to call the police on him his name is AL old man about 80 years old. H refused to do what the police told him he tells the police I just want to talk to her the police tell the old man she does not have to talk to you. Do not move here

8mth ago I gave a rating of one star due to not knowing NEW MANAGEMENT and I know it's takes time to change some things around So after meeting one of Managers things begin to LOOK AWHOLE BETTER SO NOW 5 Star and it's GREAT!!!!CARLOS AND LILLY ARE THE BEST. BLESSINGS TO THE HYDE PARK MANAGEMENT!!!! 10 YRS OF LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY AS WELL AS HYDE PARK APT.

I just called and a lady answered the phone,she didnt talk back.I called 2 more times and it went to voicemail,I wish that I could have talk with someone,about a 2brm disabled apartment.You get 0 stars from me.
