Im planning on relocating to Chicago and bring my mom. I have been searching for a place where she could get the best care, when a friend recommmened Coles. I called and spoke to Ronald. He was super friendly and invited me to tour the facility. He was very thorough and helped me understand navigating the whole IL senior care system, being from Florida, that was a huge help! He introduced me to the staff and has really kept in touch. Im looking forward to having mom join their family as he puts it! The senior community needs more people like Ronald!!

I have been here a few times to deliver food for clients. The staff is always friendly with big smiles. I have never had an issue with getting to a client or getting in touch with one. The staff show care care for the residents and each other. Glad a place like this is around. We need caring nurses and CNA workers like these all over.

Coles is a nice place for my uncle to reside. Hes been so happy & bubbly since living at Coles. The staff is wonderful & I want to special thank Ronald for all his hard work and effort with transitioning my uncle from the nursing home to assisted living.

Coles Supportive Living recently had a summer bash. It was fun for my second time.My mother works there. she enjoys working at coles. Every event they have especially when mothers day comes around I get the chance to help her pin flowers on the mothers which was real nice. She is and excellent bus driver .The residents are real friendly.

I dont think I would be here 11 years if this facility wasnt the best. We have a team that isnt just employees, were family. We look at our residents as family & do our best to treat them that way.

Coles supportive living facility is where anyone would want there elderly family member to be. The staff are knowledgeable, caring, and kind. The facility is well kept, clean, and accessible to all abilities. The grounds boast scenic views, for comfort and relaxation. Come see!!!!

Visiting this establishment was nothing short of outstanding. The workers answered any questions I had with ease, and showed their enthusiasm in working here. Residents exspressed how much they enjoyed Coles being their place of residence and the different things they can do. All in all it was a great environment and friendly atmosphere. If asked I would recommend this place for those looking for a home for family members.

My Fiancé called me to look at a place called Coles for her mother who is relocating here in Chicago. I spoke with Ronald who was very formative along with showing me the facility. I was very impressed with Ronald and the facility and I think this will be a great place for my future mother-in-law to reside in.

The dedication and hard work displayed by every staff member makes being the director of this facility all the more worth it. Coles is a nice facility. I have work here for some years. We have a great nursing department.A resident service coordinator who does an excellent job . Also activities director who put together amazing activities for the resident.

The people here are dedicated, the amount of time they put into the care is there, but also they go the extra mile to make you feel important. The facility is well kept, the food is good as well. Its scary to put your loved one in any place that is not home; here, you can make this your home. My mom enjoys living there and has the privacy and respect she was afraid of losing. Coles is a Diamomd in the ruff. Im glad I didnt miss finding out about it and trusting to go in and see what it was all about.Thank you Jataun and your team your doing a fantastic job

Coles is an assisted living facility that I always refer to if my facility can not service the needs of other. Coles is a very diverse and all around enjoyable facility. Coles Supportive Living has a warm welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. I was instantly met with infectious smiles and greetings from the staff. Everyone is very pleasant and dedicated to the seniors in the building. Additionally, the facility is well kept and I felt at home as I toured. I highly recommend them to my patients who are looking to transition to a home where they are viewed and treated as family.
