I visited this facility and was highly impressed. The staff was outstanding. Pat is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. The facility was welcoming, clean and provided a sense of comfort. Based on my recent visits to other facilities, this facility superceded my expectations.

I have been coming to Prairie Green at Dixie Crossing for about a month. I must say the staff here are amazing. Very pleasant and respectful to the residents.

II have lived at Prairie Green for seven years. The accommodations are very nice. I have found the employees to be friendly and helpful. We are served three meals daily. If the entree isnt something we like there are alternatives. Activities are offered daily. During the pandemic we were protected to the best of their ability. Testing was done twice weekly, meals served in rooms, room activities offered etc. Best of all are the numerous friends I have made. I have found management willing to work with me to solve any problems that occur.

Mom and I came to the monthly senior brunch and she was suprised by the services offered, the community was clean and fresh. She loved the food and the staff. If she ever requires a senior living facility, this will be her first choice!

Beautiful and clean facility. The staff members are always ready to assist in any and every way. If youve ever encountered a negative experience from this place its probably because you didnt give them a chance. The service here is top notch compared to other facilities I have seen. Trust me you wouldnt be disappointed sending a loved one here. If I could I would give this place a 10.

My family and I toured Prairie Green at Dixie Crossing, and hands down this is an amazing community! We moved Mommy in last week. Shes very happy with her unit and the staff. We are happy as well, no correction, we are ecstatic that she is getting her wants and needs met! You know the saying if Mama aint happy then nobody is...We are all smiles over here!?? Thanks Prairie Green for wowing our socks off and then delivering!

I don't live here nor does any one I know do, but I must give this heart felt review for the manager that works here. I was referred by another property to call and speak with a Pat to inquire about the property for my grandfather and I must admit (Pat) was SO HELPFUL. She was so understanding and knowledgeable. She has such a great attitude and when asked if she loved her job (because you can tell through her voice) she said "Yes, I DO" with such grace. This place will truly be blessed as long as Pat continues to work here. God Bless

I placed my aunt there a little over two years ago. I am very please with the staff. They have treated her and her family wonderful. She has made so many new friends and some old friends has moved on. They keep the residents busy through out the day. If something happens unusual they make sure the family is notified. The dining room is the best. They serve all three meals twice a day. The residents order from a menu and is waited on. They can can have seconds if wanted. If their family joins them the cost is very low. This is one of the best assisted living places that can no longer live at home on there own. I have no regrets of choosing Prairie Green.
