Heritage Woods’ staff truly cares about every single one of the residents here. They do what they can to assist the residents with any issues or concerns and are always smiling as they go down the halls. The environment is positive and uplifting. The residents enjoy the many activities that are on the calendar every week and love the community that comes with living here. I would recommend Heritage Woods to anyone looking for a facility to move their loved ones into!

This is a beautiful facility and it’s wonderful to see all of the residents eat together and make friends with one another as well as with the staff. It’s a really friendly and close knit community. It’s also great for them to still maintain their independence and dignity even if they need just a little help!

I can't recommend Heritage Woods enough in Charleston Illinois. It's just a fabulous place for seniors to live giving them the independence that they still need all With nursing staff available 24 hours a day, senior activities, The social time at lunch and dinner has been really great for my mom and she has made new friends. Heritage is so beautiful and it feels like a home outside of the beautiful apartment my mom has. She loves the activities! They even took her fishing! It was a beautiful lake. It took her a short while to settle in and make friends. Before we knew it she made some friends. We’re happy she can still have her independence and be safe.

Wonderful residents and staff!!! The staff go above and beyond and treat the residents as if they were their family!!! They are able to work with all income levels! Everyone deserves a chance to live in a beautiful and safe home like Heritage Woods!

Heritage Woods is a great place. Their is Activities, 3 meals a day, Evening snacks, Housekeeping, CNA's 24 hours a day. Nursing 5 days a week. I recommend this place to anyone 65 years or older.

Wonderful place. Enjoyed the walk through very much. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dietary was serving meals and the food looked wonderful. The housekeepers were friendly and the place was very clean. The staff were all very nice and answered all my questions. The facility was clean, and very welcoming. Loved the flowers out front. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have lived here for about a year and a half. I have enjoyed it immensely. Very friendly people live and work here. I recommend it for people 65 years old and older. We get three meals a day plus snacks. We get activities that are great. We have exercise programs for 45 minutes at least 2 times a week. There is also bingo and occasionally we will get entertainment from the community. That is great and very enjoyable. We have sing a longs and bell choir. During the holidays, the staff is wonderful in surprising us with different kinds of activities that we don't do on a regular basis. We also have someone come in to do chair yoga with us. To me, it is a great place to live. The staff is very helpful.

My wife and I have lived at heritage woods for a couple of years and we are very happy with the decision. We made to move here. The entire staff is so helpful, kind and friendly. We have various activities to enjoy, three meals a day, housekeeping once a week, and nurses and CNAs to help with our medical needs. A great place to live.

Heritage woods of Charleston is a tremendous place to live. I have lived here a little over two years and couldn’t be happier with my living situation. The one bedroom apartment I live in is just the right size. I receive three meals a day, weekly housekeeping, and help from CNA’s and staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful.

My aunt lives there and walking through the halls i smelled strong odors of urine. Lots of complaints about the food every one says this place needs alot better cook. And a different menu. The place is beautiful inside. The rooms are small but livable. Overall they do have a lot of fun things to do. Field trips and game tournaments

Whenever you visit Heritage Woods it is always full of laughter and life. The residents are always out and about engaging in different activities and giving the nursing and dietary staff a hard time and run for their money. The staff does an excellent job of assisting the residents with day to day activities that enable them to maintain their independence. Several of the staff members go above and beyond every day to make sure the residents are happy and well cared for.
