My Grandma has the distinct honor of being Evergreen‘s first resident when it opened in 2016. She stayed there until October of 2021 when she passed away and went to be with my Grandpa in Heaven. My Grandma never had a nasty word to say about anyone and she absolutely loved every aspect and season of life. So being at Evergreen just seemed like a normal place for her. The staff is amazing, and shows a genuine love and level of care for the residents that is unmatched. There’s never a shortage of activities at Evergreen either. Bingo, exercise class, crafts, guest entertainers, hair stylist’s visits and the ever popular Happy Hour were a few of my Grandma’s favorites. I’d be remiissed if I didn’t mention the food. Every meal, everyday was delicious and often left her wanting more…clean plates are definitely the norm and leftovers are not. If you’re looking for a safe, happy and encouraging place for your loved one to live, I highly recommend Evergreen and if my Grandma was still here, I KNOW she would too.

The staff at evergreen go above and beyond to help residents. My father has had a great transition to living there and it makes me very happy to see him enjoying his new place to live. I would highly recommend having your love one join this facility.

Staff is beyond wonderful! They truly care about their residents. Many activities for residents to participate in if they so desire and great way for them to meet other residents for social interaction. My mother-in-law has lived at EP for 6 months and can’t think of a better place.

Im lucky to have a wonderful, talented team in my department, but across the board, each member of the staff truly cares for the residents and consistently goes above and beyond for them. It amazes me every day. It doesnt feel like going to work. Each day I come in, I feel like I am just visiting and helping my family--and in reality, thats what were here to do. Our residents and coworkers ARE our family, and they can all attest to that as much as I can. Blessed to be a part of the Evergreen, Heritage Family!

Evergreen Place is lovely place to call home! The facility is beautiful and immaculate! The environment is warm and inviting the minute you step in the door. The entire staff is extremely caring and compassionate about every resident. They are devoted to making each residents life as comfortable, happy and enriched as possible. The food is awesome; nutritious and delicious menu options are available each meal. The nursing staff is excellent and very conscientious. Theres a wide variety of activities offered daily. They also do shopping trips and field trips occasionally as weather allows. My 92 year old mother has lived in the building for four years now. It is a wonderful place for you or your loved one to live now! I can go out of town, for a weekend or a week, with confidence that shell receive excellent care and be provided for no matter what health issue arises! This peace of mind is priceless!

Ive been working in this building for 4 years.I have been working with Heritage for a year.I cant imagine working any where else.We have come a long way in the last year.We have an awesome staff who are caring and really step up and help each other out.We really work together as a team and our Residents are very happy here.I of course would recommend Evergreen Assisted Living to any one. Weve had the pleasure of helping a handful of residents at the Villa and I am amazed every time I visit with the work ethic and dedication from their entire staff. I have met everyone from Marketers, Administrators, and Nursing and Therapy staff, to kitchen and maintenance, and they are always so genuine and helpful. The facility is immaculate, and Ive had half a mind to reserve myself a room so that I can use the pond to fish and practice my chipping and putting in the courtyard.
