terrible place, owner only cares about $$$$$ no thoughts about residents, Memory care unit is the only area owner cares about no compassion about the rest of the residents The Administrator is a great person but her hands are tied by the owner. Marketing director tells half truths to prospective residents family. activity director is great but again hands are tied by the owner, Maintenance director is very unfriendly towards residents and the staff, maintenance assistant should be in charge of that department, previous maintenance director was a great guy, owner should have done more to keep him on staff, he stated to many residents and family members that the pay and lack of any decient benifits were the reason for his early retirement, should look elsewhere for your loved one to stay

I work at a local hospital, and a resident was brought in by EMS, and this facility would not or does not provided transportation for their residents. I think this is just outrageous. If a resident comes in by EMS, how do they expect for them to return. Placed a call to the facility and spoke with [name removed] and it just seems as if they did not give a good got darn. Just my opinion. I feel sorry the residents of this facility and this lack of responsibility for the residents

Knollwood continues to provide safe, comfortable, pleasant and friendly care for my loved one. A beautiful, clean and easy to navigate floor plan made this residence a perfect choice. My loved one's room is furnished, spacious, private safe bathing, sunny windows and equipped with personal climate temp control unit. Round the clock CNA care in addition to nursing staff. Regular meal service and activity schedule. All of which contributed to a smooth transition from in home to senior community. My loved one is flourishing with autonomy, gathering with new friends and living each day in an environment especially structured to provide mental, physical and socual health with happiness. Knollwood is more than efficient with assisting potential new residents with paper work, financial assistance and pharmacy delivery agenda. If you are looking at options for your loved one do not hesitate to schedule a tour and review your loved ones financial planning.

My grandfather lives there and he loves it! The activities director is amazing she keeps him busy and all the staff is very friendly you feel like your at home when you come to Knollwood. As soon as you walk in people are there to greet and assist you. Very clean also

I love this facility it is all inclusive, it has a pendant system to keep my relative safe. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. Great food, all types of activites.
