Burr Ridge Senior Living is an outstanding community! The team goes above and beyond for their residents! Always advocating for the best interest of their residents. I recently attended their Memory Care family night. It was the best family night I have been a part of! Food was wonderful, residents and family were having a blast dancing. And the live performance was entertaining, and very energetic. Beautiful facility , would highly recommend for families and their loved ones

I recently visited Burr Ridge Senior Living and was really impressed with how warm and welcoming everyone was. Moving a loved one into a senior living facility is never an easy decision, but from the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we had made the right choice. The staff here have been consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. They took the time to get to know my father-in-law as a person”his routines, preferences, and personality”which made his transition feel far less overwhelming. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. There’s a real sense of community, not just among the residents, but between residents and staff. Communication with our family has also been excellent. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly, and there’s a reassuring level of transparency in how they operate. It gives us real peace of mind knowing he’s in a place where he’s not only safe, but truly cared for. I’m incredibly grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown here every day. The facility is always immaculate. The residents are well taken care of. There are always fun activities that are very popular and well attended. Everything from casino trips, shopping, Cinco de Mayo, Mardi Gras and many others. Great facility for loved ones!

We went on a tour to explore this community as an option for my mother in law. It is very clean, modern, and the apartments have plenty of space. What we appreciated most was that residents were congregating in shared spaces talking, dining, or doing activities like a group cook or paint class. It was the most friendly of the communities we toured and we noticed that staff knows the resident names and interacts with them.

I had only been able to stop in for information and we didn't even get a chance to tour before Covid and the stay-at-home orders hit. John was able to provide us video of the actual apartments that were available and answer all of our questions to work us through the process so that when move-ins were allowed again, we were ready to go. It's stressful enough moving a loved one, let alone in these circumstances but we were very confident of our choice after talking with John. Even though we had a couple of bumps with our movers, John and his team went above and beyond to help get my mother-in-law moved in on time and safely under the Covid guidelines. We wish we could have seen her face when she walked in the apartment but talking to her the next morning we knew we made the right choice and she was happy. If anyone else is facing a decision about moving their relative to Burr Senior Living or about doing it during this time of Covid, I would not hesitate to tell you to do it because John and the rest of the team are wonderful!

I can’t speak at all on the quality of life the seniors are experiencing at the assisted living home. However, I sincerely hope the management at this home shows better care for their seniors than they do for their neighbors. There has been raw sewage running from the assisted living home into my subdivision, and people in the vicinity are experiencing headaches because of this. I have called twice, and while the receptionists have been very nice, there is only so much they can do as the management of the assisted living home has received the complaint, and is only coming on Tuesday, basically knowingly allowing raw sewage to spill into a neighboring property for 3 days without doing anything, despite the problem being entirely of their doing. This has been a problem for 1-2 weeks now. In addition, my step mother experienced an accident in winter from water spilled from the runoff pond turning to ice. We have been politely trying to contact them about this since then, but have been receiving very little response. Thus, although I would not like to post this review, I feel no other alternative, since I have attempted multiple times to go to them with these problems and they have been avoidant. Again, I really hope that this lack of care does not translate to the level of care that residents at this center are experiencing.

A beautiful and elegant 5 star facility with first class staff. 221 units with a combination of independent, assisted and memory care living with an incredible dining menu, activities and care free living. Parents have never been happier moving into this senior living mansion.
