I enjoy playing Wii bowling, I have participated in the state championship with other communities for a chance to go to Springfield. It was so much fun. My experience with Moraine Court was pleasant and i recommend this facility to others that are seeking placement for their loved ones. I was greeted by an employee by the name of Anna. She answered all my questions and gave me a tour. During my tour I noticed the facility looked clean, smelled nice and the residents seemed happy, many were in the front lobby socializing with each other. It was nice to see the residents hanging out with one another and seeing staff engage with them as well. I met several staff during my tour and they were just as pleasant as Anna. The facility was very welcoming and I look forward in moving forward in the process to get my loved one in this facility.

I called Moraine Court inquiring about their availability. I was referred to Scott and working with him was the best decision I made. Scott answered all my questions, he was very patient, very responsive, and walked me though the admissions process. My dad is 70 years old and needed assistant living. After dad being there for almost a month, it is very satisfying to have everything in-house with all the services they offer such as the nurse's office (kudos to nurse LaRae), the cna's, housekeeping, laundry, front desk staff, even the engineer and more. They are all wonderful people and are very helpful.

Im writing a review not about the facility but about the staff, in this case Anna Ponce, LaToya, Robert, Izzy, and Laura. This are the true heart of Moraine court. Anna and Izzy go about and beyond to keep me informed and help my love one to feel not like a resident but a family member!’• LaToya help even when is not in her job description, Laura has been very kind and respectful to me every time I called and Robert have followed through honoring his word whe something has needed to be fixed or corrected!!! Because of workers like them is that this place have this reputation! Thanks to you all and thanks to the kitchen staff. You are all very much appreciated!!!!!

From West Palm to Houston, I’ve seen it all, but Chef Scott is truly different. When you cook with love, it shows”in the smiling faces and the laughter. Chef Scott brings that to every meal. I recently toured the facility and the staff were so warm and welcoming. Every staff member I encountered greeted me with a smile. The first floor is beautifully designed and is elegant and comfortable. There was a group of residents here playing bingo and there are a variety of activities. The sales staff walked me through the admissions process and I feel very comfortable choosing this as a new home for my mom.

My mother in law was there for 1 year and a half. The staff was pretty good they did a respectable job helping to make sure her needs were met. The food is less than desireable. We did our best to make sure she had food options that she wanted in her room when we weren't taking her out. The big disappointment was after her transition there in her unit, at the time that we came in there was no one who showed us much support. It's seems that they would have a plan for such a difficult time when you lose a parent this was my husband mother. No one reached out afterward to give condolences nothing. We were present often and were surprised that no one ever contacted us again. They were good to her and I guess that should have been enough. Overall, it was a good place for us. We were very active and had a contant presence and I am sure that always makes a difference .

The staff at Moraine Court has been extremely helpful with a very difficult transition for my relative that has had to move into assisted living. Christy always responds to phone calls, emails and text and is extremely helpful. Anna & Laura are very kind and do what they can to resolve any challenges, along with ALWAYS answering the phone. It's nice to talk to a person and not a machine. Armani is vey kind and cheerful. Also, Mallory has helped with any medication changes and doctor appointments immensely. John and Robert respond quickly to any maintenance issues. Thank you for all the hard work that you do on behalf of my relative and all the other ones living there at Moraine Court.

Last year I had searched for a place for my mother , finally after being told can’t help you , we reached out to moraine court and they have been fantastic from start to finish . They went above and beyond to help , assist and place my mother here. It is a great environment very friendly and clean. Our experience from Scott assisting us , to Samantha (who is the greatest ) , not to mention how Mallory took the time to answer every question and assist with every request after my mother was in is exceptional . Chris takes the time needed to explain any concerns that you ask her about rooms , services the facility etc. Anna at the front desk as well as the other front end personal are always so pleasant. This is an exceptional facility, I had the choice of this facility or the one in tinley park which is 5 minutes from my house . And we chose this facility because of the exceptional staff members mentioned above who show they care . Great facility ,

Just wanted to share my experience with Moraine Court, as everyone that knows me I am very protective of my mom. Moraine Court has been a blessing, there support and understanding has exceeded anything I could imagine. They took excellent care of my mom and went above and beyond. When I needed extra help to move my mom to a memory care facility they helped me with that by not only finding a place but they took care of all of the paper work. Scott and Christy and the whole staff is amazing and I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for an assistant living place for their loved ones. My mom was very happy there and they made sure that she was always cared for no matter what. Moraine Court Supportive Living is a great taco with great staff. They are always willing to help not only the residents, but their families as well. My father was transferred to this facility from Robbins Supportive Living which was a huge blessing. His room is clean and spacious, they staff does not mind lending a helping hand. My grandmother has been a resident for a few years at Moraine Court. When I visit her we attend various activities, it is never a dull moment. We laugh and have a good time with the other residents. Occassionally we have lunch together in the dining room and i would have to say the meals are pretty good. The staff is very helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
