I took a family member there and I was so excited to see how beautiful and clean and friendly it was I mean like it’s Immaculate. I fell in love with this place wonderful spacious apartments awesome area but most of all the beautiful staff is what got me it’s like an loving family keep up the good work.❤️❤️❤️

Hands down the most caring and hands on senior living facility. My dad transitioned here after rehabbing at the nursing home. From day one even before he moved in, they were accomodating and on point. My dad is doing better here than he was living independently. Their care and support allows me to also get my life back and be his daughter again.

Management and staff have been amazing during this challenging year with COVID. Communication has been prompt and attentive from the Director and staff which has been reassuring and helpful for my family. One of the staff members, Shelley, spent two hours on a Facetime call with me this past weekend working through some technical challenges in my Moms room to ensure she could listen to her books and watch her tv, which will be critical for the holiday season when our family is unable to travel and see her. So thankful for Belinda and her amazing team!

Wow! What can I say? Sometimes the words Thank You are mere utterances that fail to capture my true gratitude! The decision to find what may be a loved ones final resting place is no easy decision. The entire team has been phenomenal. Jennifer Borrero has gone above and beyond! She called from vacation to check on us. She stayed late and communicated frequently. In so doing, she restored my faith in the decency of people and affirmed my belief that some jobS are callings that have the right people at the right time.

5 STARS!My mom is a resident here and all I can say is I LOVE this place for her. The atmosphere of the building is amazing. The dining room is restaurant style so my mom feels like a VIP for every meal. I ate lunch with her and the customer service of the staff is so attentive and friendly. Every department has been so helpful and so attentive as well. Im very thankful for this place and making my mom feel like shes home! The executive director is hands down the best! You can tell she cares and loves everyone in the building!

From day one when I called to get started on the application for our father, Jennifer Borrero have sat out in the hot sun with social distancing explaining all that was entailed in this process. Thank you. When all was finally approved, thank you, you called to let me know that could transfer our father to his new residence with Prairie Green at Fays Point. We were able to him there 8-17-2020 with your full support and the staff, thank you. Jennifer, you sent videos and pictures of his apartment and we were able to prepare very well because of your endless doings. I wish I could write more because you did more than I could ever expect for us. Our father loves this new change in his life. Thank you again.

Prairie Green is very clean and prestigious. By far one of the best facilities Ive seen. Vincent is very accommodating and really pays attention to detail. Not just Vincent, all staff members are very nice and courteous. 5 stars in my book! Keep up the great work Prairie Green!

The staff here is great all around from housekeeping to management. Staff is always pleasant helpful and vigilant. I appreciate their awareness and caring about the resident's well being in general. I placed my dad at Fays Point about 3 months ago, and he can be cranky and difficult. Since his arrival, his personality has taken a full 180 degrees to the positive. He is always smiling, ready to greet visitors and just a completely different pleasant person. He appears happier than I have seen him in the past few years. My family and I appreciate everything this wonderful staff has done for us. Thanks and kudos to your fantastic staff at Fays Point. P.S. Beautiful facility! Food was outstanding. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The detail placed into the cleaning is unmatched. I have never seen a cleaner facility. If you are looking for someone to not only take care but love your family members. This is the place!

This is a newly built facility ( 3-4 years old?). Staff seemed okay. Only room I visited seemed a little dirty. Not sure how good of a job house keeping does.

Expediency, efficiency, knowledgeable, well spoken, respectful, caring, reassuring, and competent best describe's my first impromptu meeting with Director of Sales and Marketing,Vincent P. White. In desperate pursuit of a thoroughly secure and professionally staffed "A" rated "Assisted Living Community" that was Medicare, Medicaid and Private Pay compliant including pet friendly. These factors played a pivotal role in the initial and final decisions in selecting "Prairie Green at Fay's Point in Blue Island Illinois as my mother's newly found home. I had a tour with Mr.Vincent White, Coordinator (Lord forgive me if I am getting his title incorrect) what I do know for sure is that from our initial phone conversation when I called to inquire about housing for a friend, Vincent has been a great help with answering my questions and addressing my concerns. And when I met him for my tour at Prairie Green Fay's Point I was very pleased with the friendly staff and the facility appearances from the time I entered the parking lot. It feels like a place to call home. The single and one bedroom units are nice and more spacious than what I anticipated both units offer nice and accommodating amenities. The common areas for the residents are spacious and I must have arrived at lunch time because the food aroma made me hunger(Smelt so good), they offer an array of in-house services and if you or anyone you may know are looking for a place for Mom or Dad you should call and schedule a tour for your loved one. I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this senior community to my loved ones and my clients. Oh' and did I mention that the community is 'so fresh and so clean clean' and is a newer facility. The activities seem very exciting to me, on my tour I was shown their art room that was filled with beautiful puzzles and what was fascinating about that to me was the fact that a brother and sister did the majority of those puzzle together, that made me think of my own Mother and how she spent hours of her leisure putting together her puzzles and catching my siblings and I as we came it and out the house, making us sit down and find a few pieces (It was all about the Quality Time). What caught my attention the most is the fact that as I observed the residents, they seem happy and like they love their environment, it was buzzing and a happy atmosphere.

All we can say is , boy what happened ? Did we strike it rich !! After three other assisted living homes we finally found the Perfect place to live. We really mean what we say. The staff is A-1, the Best ! After we ate meals at other places we Can say Prairie Green at Fays point is the finest we have ever had. Please believe us we think this is over and above 5 Star living. When we first got there, we were served . After breakfast we met a co-ordinaries and she asked us a few questions, and took us on a tour. Really nice place. The rooms are kind of small but very clean and modern.

The nursing staff is outstanding. Nurse Tori, Katrina, Kim, Kelly, and Ruby are the best! I must also make a special mention to Vincent White who is the Director of Sales and Marketing. Thank you all for taking such good care of my mom!
