I can't tell you what a comfort it is to have my mom at HW of Benton! The staff is wonderful! They care for the residents with such kindness! Out of town relatives have been very impressed with the facility - so clean and well kept. You can tell the employees take pride in HW. It is reflected in everything they do. I feel very fortunate that mom is able to call HW home!

This is a very nice and friendly Assisted Living facility however I feel that the constant rising cost of living is not acceptable for some of these residents. They have worked so hard for their retirement and it is constantly costing more. Where they have nothing left to have for their personal care needs.

I have been a member of the Heritage Woods staff family for 11 yrs in May of 2021. Our staff takes care of every resident of our home as if they are our family member which we feel they are. If this service had been available when my mother needed care I would have not hesitated to intrust her to the staff here.

I wanted to give heritage woods in Benton a huge shout out! What exceptional care they deliver to their residents! The facility is always so clean, the staff are so friendly so very caring to each resident. It’s a great place for your loved ones to maintain their independence while at the same time knowing they have great caring helpers at hand should they need it. It’s more of a family atmosphere there than anything else! Just a great comfort to know your loved one is being looked after and taken such good care of! Thanks to heritage woods staff for all you do in our community

When my mother and I toured the Heritage Woods of Benton Community, we were so impressed at how beautiful and clean everything was! We were introduced to many of the staff members and they were all so friendly and welcoming! They answered every question I had and didn't pressure me in any way. It will be a while before any final decisions are made but we know when the time is right, Heritage Woods will be our first choice!
