The residents are friendly and the staff are professional and helpful. I would consider the independent living senior community apartments as luxury apartments. The staff makes it easy to move in and to get settled to a new life experience. The food and service is excellent. There are many activities each week to enjoy and keep all residents engaged. Excellent therapy sessions on a weekly basis to keep our bodies mobile. If you're ready for independent living...this is the place for you. See you soon.

The staff are great! The new employees have yet to find their empowerment. Lack of communication from the regional sales associate caused unneeded drama for my mother. It's a work in progress. I believe St. Paul's Senior Community has 5 star potential.

EDIT - 1/16/2024 Kim from St. Paul's called today to ask questions about this review. I am thrilled my brother was able to advocate for my mom and deal with the rent issue. Her rent will remain the same for one year and then after that point an increase of 2-3% might happen as opposed to 27%! Kim used the word "mistake" in her call and I'm not sure I believe it was a mistake. Many places take advantage of seniors and I hope and pray that everyone has a person like my brother that can advocate for them. My mother reports there are still issues with her HVAC and there are still holes in her walls from the outdated cable jacks and landline phone jacks - they need to have the proper plastic cover placed on them. She says the water pressure is still bad. The ongoing renovation leaves white dust and what looks like popcorn ceiling particles like a film in her apartment on her furniture and floor. On a more positive note, She's excited about Emily's new "sit and fit" class and would like someone to show her the gym facility again as her memory is not the best. She says the kitchen staff is especially friendly to her and has enjoyed playing bingo and the musicians that have been coming to play and entertain the residents. I realize nothing is perfect and overall feel as if people at St. Paul's care about my mom and will make sure she is taken care of. Original post here - Dec. 30, 2023 We are so sad our mother was hit with an $800 rent increase when she has only been a resident for 3 months. The letter informing her of the increase has an illegible signature and a typed word "administrator". Unprofessional! Problems with HVAC that were present on day one have not been resolved/repaired. Water pressure is low. Holes in walls for non working cable outlets. Issues with food. Many staff members seem very young and seem to be in their "first real job" and are being manipulated by unseen higher ups that want more money. Maintenance has been told not to talk to residents, but issues that need to be repaired persist. We are fearful that a month to month contract means another price increase could come at any time.

Lovely place ,clean, the nursing staff do care. I would recommend St.pauls to anyone.

My grandmother stays in the skilled nursing facility here. Each time I see her, she is clean, groomed appropriately, and in a good mood. Her room is kept tidy and clean. Despite being unable to move, my grandmother has never had any bed sores during her multi-year stay. The facility overall is newer, clean, and does not have a bad smell that can be present at some other facilities. My grandmother seems to enjoy the staff and I have always had good interactions with the people working there. This is a great place to trust with you loved one's care.
