The phone lines have been down for over 24 hrs. Notice from management was not sent out until 1 whole day had passed. This is a very serious situation. I called the Aurora Police today for a wellness check on the entire building because the residents could not call out on the land lines and no one could call in. The main ph # was also out. Dangerous situation.

I cannot say enough good things about this place.Mom and dad lived in Independent living for 3 years ,and recently moved to Assisted. The staff is very caring. I have never felt they were not getting quality care. In addition, the activity staff puts the place off the charts.
