I love this place! All the girls who took care of me were so nice, I especially loved my nurse Debi. I worked hard in therapy and got much stronger. The mothers day brunch was amazing! It was clean, comfortable and homey, I'm glad to be going home but will remember my time and new friends fondly.

I've worked at this facility for 7 years and hope to be here many more. The staff truly cares and works hard to provide the care the residents need. Management works hard to help in any way they can. I'm so happy with the renovations. I feel appreciated and would recommend this place to anyone to work or bring their loved one!

I love coming to this facility! There are very few places like Alden of Waterford. You can tell they truly put the work in to be the best they can. When it comes to cleanliness, no other facility even comes close.

I'm so glad I chose Alden for my rehab stay. The staff go above and beyond to help me. I enjoyed going down to the therapy gym and going to the ice cream parlor. The building is clean and housekeeping would come clean my room everyday. I'm thankful for the therapy team and nursing staff that got me better. Thank you Alden!

The whole staff is really good, they treat me like family. The therapy staff is really good too, they got me walking again! I'm so happy I came here.

The therapy department did a great job to get me back home safely. The employees are great and treated me well. I spent a lot of my time at bingo and doing word game and made many friends. Thank you waterford!

My dad was a patient at Alden he was treated well. The staff in this facility really care for their residents. Also, the nurses do really listen and are very nice.

I would recommend this place to anyone needing therapy. I've been here for 4 years and they take great care of me. Sandra and Andrea are always on top of it. They help me with anything I need. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The administration, especially Morgan- works hard to fulfill our needs.

Alden Rehabilitation overall does a great job! The nurses and assistants do a wonderful job with patients like me. The food is plentiful and very good! I am pleased with things here overall!

This facility has one of the nicest nurses and administrators I have come across. My father has been under their care for the past six months and they have been so helpful during this transition. The nurses listen to the concerns and treat the patients accordingly. Recently my son got hurt outside the facility and the entire Staff provided care until the paramedics got there. They have become our second family and I couldn't be happier with them.

I have been living here for 5 years. It's a really nice place to live the people are friendly and kind. The administration works well with all the residents here, they are knowledgable and helpful. Whatever we need. The nurses are nice too, Nikki, Callie and Debi are the sweetest and take excellent care of me. This is the place to be.

I love Alden of Waterford! I've never been happier, the CNAs and nurses care a lot about the people here. Management is friendly and helpful. I love playing bingo and watching movies with my friends and visiting the ice cream parlor.

Highly recommend this facility for anybody looking for excellent care for themselves or family members. The staff treat the residents like family and have wonderful attitudes. Plenty of activities for the residents. The food is great too! Overall clean, exceptional facility.
