Reviews Optimum Senior Care
June 2024
We hired Optimum Senior Care to provide care for a family member. Optimum was responsive and easy to work with. They have provided world-class support for our family member, who is now very happy and improving in no small part because of the consistent service they have provided with the 24x7 live-in caregiver care. The caregiver is wonderful and already feels like she is part of our family. Before Optimum we were using multiple caregiver agencies, but the stress and logistics of ensuring a caregiver was always there impacted the entire family. Going with Optimum gives us a much better, more consistent solution and way less stressful caregiver support. Thank God we found Optimum, we are delighted with their service!
