Assisting Hands has been a godsent for my family during a very difficult time. Our dad has terminal cancer and suddenly lost some mobility and his ability to do everyday tasks. Daniellah is the owner and has personally assisted our family through this process. I called Assisting Hands on a Saturday, she came out to our home the following day (Sunday) for a consult, and she was able to match us with caregiver to start on the very next day. The two caregivers she matched us with are kind, patient, knowledgable, and a perfect fit for my parents, who were initially very hesitant to allow anyone into their home. Daniellah has had excellent communication with our family when our needs or schedule have changed. Assisting Hands truly provides excellent, personalized service.

They've been providing bathing assistance for my mother for about a year now. The CNA is excellent; does a difficult job well and mom is very comfortable with her. Wasn't sure how this would all turn out when she first needed assistance, but it's worked out great and I've been very pleased with AH. Definitely recommend.

When I found that I needed to obtain service from a caregivers company to help me care for my wife, I had no idea as to what firm to choose. I searched online and found Assisting Hands. I read their reviews and then met with them in their office. Based on that meeting I decided to use them. I could not have been more pleased with their service. The office staff and the caregivers, especially Mia, Barbara, Zoe & Alyssa, were dependable, professional, courteous and overall a blessing for my wife & I. They did their best to accommodate my changing schedule and they always arrived on time when scheduled to work at our house. They were kind, helpful, encouraging and professional when caring for my wife and dealing with me. I thank Assisting Hands of Arl. I was in a tough situation. My 94 year old mother has dementia and my 94 year old father was her caretaker. He had a fall in the home and was not physically able to care for mom any longer. I had no where to turn to. Both mom and dad needed special attention that I could not provide. Dad refused to go to a nursing home with mom. I asked friends for advice. I finally did some research regarding home health care. Dad agreed that if I found an agency that could deliver professional care givers he would give it a try. I found Assisting Hands Home Care. They had several wonderful reviews. I called on a weekend and in one day we had a house visit from a wonderful lady named Aurora. I explained my situation to her and she assured me that they could deliver the services that were needed. She was attentive and explained the process to me. I decided to give Assisting Hands a try. It has now been almost 3 months and this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Mom and Dad are getting the attention and service that they need. The staff at Assisting Hands is remarkable. They are always there for you if a question arises. The customer service is outstanding and they really do care for the clients. I can't say enough about Assisting Hands and what they have done for may parents and my family as well.

I have been working at Assisting Hands Home Care for about three months. Finding employment in this company, at a time when there are many opportunities in the labor market, was pure coincidence. I think that from the very beginning I was lucky that I found Assisting Hands. Despite only working here a few months, I already feel appreciated and important to them. The office staff always welcomes me with a smile and warmth, if I have any questions, they listen with patience and try to help me. Assisting Hands were gracious and gentle every step of the way. My Dad was sick and back and fourth between the hospital and rehabilitation over a two month period. Our goal was to get my Dad home and Assisting Hands could not have been more helpful. The date of my Dads return home changed over and over and that of course meant Helping Hands needed to schedule and unscheduled care for my Dad. They could not have been more understanding and kind every step of the way. I would highly highly recommend this company. They were compassionate during a very difficult time.

The whole office crew "Daniellah, Aurora, Crystal and Allison are outstanding Very professional, dedicated, easy to communicate with And they truly value each and every caregiver that works for the company. I've worked for many agencies in the past six years "in my Caregiving Journey" I must say AHOAH is the best I've worked for! The scheduling is on point! There is even a mobile app that you clock in and out of which I absolutely LOVE! 5 out of 5 for AHOAH!!!
