Jess is an incredible admin at the Canyons and leads by example. As a former employee, I observed how helpful the front office staff are, and how involved they are with the residents. Im sure therr have been some short comings from staff, but overall, the canyons strives to do it's best in providing high quality care. I loved working here, and was thankful for the way things were managed. I recommend the canyons, i definitely found joy in the journey working here.

I've left a review before, but I feel it is time to leave another one, so people are more informed. My mother is a resident there and has been for the last five years. For the last two years Tanabelle or however you spell it, have been overcharging my mom's account, or just randomly taking charges out of her account whenever they feel like it, after raising a fuss, most of it was returned. She is being charged over $1000 a month for a studio that is less than 1000 square feet, and every time she gets a raise they take another $100. We've had lots of trouble getting printed physical invoices stating the correct rent due before the first of the month. Not a very transparent company, all the staff members seem to like to put blame on everything else rather than own up to their shortcomings, very hard to get straight answers, and then their rebuttal is always, feel free to take your loved ones elsewhere… They are also very understaffed, and response times are not acceptable. I know staff will try and comment some sugar coated nonsense to avoid responsibility but I mainly wanted to have the public to know what's really going on, that's the most important thing.

I would give 100 stars if I could. I can't say enough good things about Canyons Retirement Center. My Father in Law and my Mom have both been cared for by the excellent staff here. There are too many names to list here but Jess, Cambria, Janet and Jasmine are just a few of the great people who work here.

I can’t speak to the food or any of the other amenities there since I have not been a resident. I will say that some of the caregivers brought my Grandma (resident) to my mothers funeral and then when my Grandma herself passed they came as well, they had to drive a few hours to do so. Very awesome gesture, 5 stars for true care.

I would recommend this community. They have given us the WOW factor when it comes to my mother. Jess returns my calls and is always willing to help answer any questions. She is always letting me know how my mom is doing and want she has been up to without me asking. I feel completely confident in the staff that works at the Canyons in TwinFalls Idaho. Thank you for keeping my mother and my brothers mother mother in law connected and for taking such great personal care of them. I appreciate everyones hard work in keeping everyone safe during this world wide pandemic. Thank you all for what you do. And Jess you are the best

I am currently working weekly at this beautiful facility as the Regional Assisted Living Director. There is no other facility in the area that compares to this beautiful assisted living and memory care community. When people walk in they are amazed at how beautiful and clean the facility is. Not only that but our staff are incredibly dedicated to see Seniors THRIVE and have joy in their life journey. Oh, and the food is delicious! We have an actual CHEF!! CHEF ANDY oversees the dining services and you can tell it is a chef designing the menu and making sure the food is quality! You cannot get food like this anywhere else!! The chocolate cookies are my absolute favorite!! I love this heart of this community!! The residents are fun and great to hang out with! Check us out!!

When people walk in for the first time they are taken back by the beauty and home like, clean atmosphere. The staff really do care about the residents and their families. We have fun as a staff interacting with the residents and helping them find joy in their journey. Come and check us out. Oh and by the way, we have CHEF ANDY as our dining service director and he is fabulous! Ask about the famous chocolate cookies!! Yummy!
