They've been pretty good recently the doctors and nurses seemed very caring every time we came in but the issue arose when I was helping my spouse to the bathroom and back this nurse with gray hair literally copped an attitude with me the first time spoke condescendingly to my spouse while they were disoriented and overall was just a terrible experience. ERs get busy I understand that fairly well and the staff were busy so much so that my spouse almost wet the bed so no one helped them get to the bathroom so I did and the lady asked me to go back to the room because of HIPAA and told me I was crowding the hallway when she was blocking me from getting out of the way just honestly she didn't even help my spouse get back to their room but hey if they fall next time at least they'll be paying for it right?

I've had two imaging visits lately, one to help a family member on a quest to find a fix, one for myself on a routine visit. Every staff member has been so kind, so patient, so helpful...from the registration staff to the imaging desk, to CT and Mammography...I am so impressed. Highly recommend Minidoka Memorial. Rural Health Clinic is a joke. Can never get called back. When you need prescriptions filled, they take days to look at it. Then we get told it got sent in. Go to the pharmacy to be told that it was never sent. Constantly being told one thing only to find out that is not the case. The hospital however has been very good about helping us financially. They have taken good care of us. Fix the clinic and you'll improve greatly.

I am so fortunate to live in a community where there is a great community hospital so close. I was in the ED twice after an accident. From admissions, to the wonderful ladies, and Brayden in the imaging department, they were all fantastic. I have to say, what really made my experience fantastic was the providers. Dr. Tyler Dschaak and Dr. Julie Mills were phenomenal. My nurses, Jonas, Tiffani, Alisha, and Rachel in the ED department were beyond caring and compassionate. They made sure I was seen in a timely manner and addressed all concerns I had. Both visits at MMH were an A+. Rockstar teams both times. I am thankful to have knowledgeable and compassionate help so close to home.

I had to have a total reversal shoulder replacement done. Everyone at the hospital which includes labs, surgery, hospital stay, physical therapy and ER were very nice, caring and professional. I received the best care. And I had only met Dr. Bryce Millar once before my surgery. I chose him over all other doctors because of his ratings and his video online. He seemed very caring about his patients and passionate about his work. And a lot of people in the area were recommending him. I have to say that Dr. Millar is an amazing doctor. He did a wonderful job on my shoulder. I couldn't be happier for that. I would highly recommend Dr. Millar and Minidoka Memorial Hospital in Rupert for your surgical and hospital needs. Great staff! Excellent care!

My daughter was seen in the ER a few weeks ago. Very professional. Receptionist, nurses, x-ray, and ER physician were all amazing and kept her at ease. Recommend to any and all that are in need of services.

October 7th I had an accident with a hedge trimmer. Came to the Emergency Room where they helped me out right away! They made me comfortable while I waited for surgery. Surgery and recovery went well and I got to keep my finger. I would definitely trust Minidoka County Hospital with your emergency’s!!

I was born and raised going to Minidoka Hospital. And in my 38 years of continuous support last night made me question if I should go to Burley and sorry Burley isn’t my favorite. Lady who check me in the ER let me sit gasping for air. She made me feel like nothing but a paycheck which I know I’m overpaying already. Asked her a couple times for oxygen. But she only cared about my age, which she should’ve gotten from the ID she scanned or if my insurance was still good. The nurse and doctor was nice and great but the receptionist really needs to at least act like she cares

Great Service! I was so happy to get a great staff last night. My son broke his arm and we were in and out before I knew it. They examined his arm did x rays and got results before I knew it we were out. The staff is AMAZING! LOVE the way they seem to be there to Service the community when needed!

I had both of my knees replaced at Minidoka Memorial! The staff was AMAZING!! I was treated professionally and efficiently on both occasions, each of which required a two night stay. Dr Crane did a super job, and the surgery crew was TOP NOTCH. I will always go to Minidoka memorial when they offer a procedure I’m in need of.

No wonder they have such a low rating. I should have read these first but I was in pain. The bill hurt a lot worse! Better go to Burley or somewhere else or just dont go because its "for profit" now, certainly not "for people". I see why people come uncorked at these life or death situations when they are treated like cash cows.

I am a disabled veteran and have been treated at the Minidoka hospital several times. Every team member I have interacted with, are absolutely the best. Right from the kind folks at reception, to the wonderful folks in the Lab and X-Ray, to the attentive folks in ER, I have always been impressed, with every single team member at this Hospital. I feel I am blessed to have such great care, right here in Rupert, and I highly recommend them to everyone! Go Team Minidoka!

I thought it was amazing and all the staff was wonderful! They made me feel very comfortable and I would strongly consider having surgery there again in the future! My surgery was just before Christmas and I was home for the holidays! Had a great experience! The only thing that would have made it better would have been directions on where to go to check-in for surgery! Dr. Wettstein was my surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone... he's awesome any funny and caring.
