I currently work here and it is absolutely amazing! The administration and upper management are very helpful, Kayla the admin is amazing and cares for the residents with all her heart, and makes sure their needs are met, She also makes sure the employees are good and if they need anything she is there to help them! Casie the Director of Compliance, is over all the buildings and is in the building weekly and she goes out of her way to check on the residents! On top of making sure residents are good, she makes sure to try and interact with us employees! Both Kayla and Casie have strong and really good interactions with everyone! All the employees makes sure the residents needs are met beyond expectations! Not only do they make sure that the residents are doing good and comfortable, they always talk with the families and make sure they are doing good and see if there is anything we can do to help them! The building is always clean, and beautiful! I definitely recommend this facility to put your loved ones in and to even work!

I love working here! The staff and the admin are such hard and good workers! I have never felt more appreciated and cared for ever since my boss Kayla took over! The residents are amazing and have such a fun experience living here! You can definitely tell they love it and love the staff! I would recommend this place for your loved ones!

I have worked at other assisted living facilities and to be honest each one has some good qualities. However, the Gables has the overall best in all areas. It is a place where residents are loved, safe, happy, and treated with respect and dignity. It feels like home.

I love the Gables and have worked there for over a year now!! Regarding the comment above that was a very traumatic experience for that staff member, and we all as a company and staff banded together to help her as much as she needed, we all took turns covering her shifts and the company did whatever they could to make the building and the staff feel more safe.. I know they paid her hospital bills and offered her counseling and as much time off as she needed, but she refused the counseling and came back to work right away.. she then abused the other staffs help and called in all the time.. the Gables is a very loving and caring place and the families love and trust us to have their loved ones stay with us.. I truly believe if you want a good review stop in to our facility for a tour and decide for yourself!:)

Upon looking at these reviews, I have noticed that there is only one from someone who either a) has a relative or loved one living at the Gables or b) is currently (or recently) living at the Gables. The others are from previous workers who seem to have a beef with the Gables or are defending the Gables. As an employee myself, I can only report on what I hear from the residents and their overall attitude towards the Gables. For the most part, every bit of feedback has been positive and the residents love it here. For the minor speed bumps that are the negative input, the situation was resolved quickly and the residents satisfaction was improved. We shouldnt be so selfish in writing reviews about how it is to work at this place, but rather focus on the point of the reviews: To give insight to potential residents that are looking for a safe home to live in.
