They are the main interface with us, and try very hard to not only to take care of us, but to know us as persons - quirks and all! Holidays are festive, and birthdays are celebrated. Our administrator, Savannah, is doing a great job. She also gets to know each one of us. Shes diplomatic, caring, and lots of fun. As an added benefit we have a beautiful building.
