Last summer I asked Kerri if my mother could get a roomate and move to a double occuapancy instead of a single occupancy room to cut down on her expenses. Otherwise, we would have had to apply for Medicaid. Within a few weeks Kerri found a roomate for my mother. It was an easy move and has worked out great for my mother. The personnel at Spring gardens have always been helpful and friendly.

Spring Gardens is a beautiful facility and the staff are top notch! When you walk in it feels like a five star hotel and so do the apartments. The apartments are very spacious. I live 900 miles away and the Spring Gardens team helps me in so many ways to make sure my Mom is safe, well taken care of and happy. They are very caring. My Mom loves her apartment, the staff, the activities and the food. She has been at rehab for a couple of weeks and she is so excited about going home to Spring Gardens. The staff has made the transition from rehab back to Spring Gardens seamless for my Mom and I. If you are looking for assisted living for yourself or love one, I highly recommend Spring Gardens Senior Living Meridian.

Spring Gardens is a fabulous facility and the staff are very caring. We moved my Mom into Independent Living in 2022 and into Memory Care in 2025. The staff were very helpful in both moves. Amazing!

My mom lived in the memory care unit for a year. I was so pleased with the care and interaction she received from the staff. I really believe she was living to the best of her abilities. I was popping in unannounced, as I lived so close, and was always greeted with an update on how she was that day as well as any concerns or funny stories. They also always contacted me about any issues she might have going on. Nothing spoke louder about the care she was getting than her last week. She fell and was bedridden on morphine. The staff showed my mom, me and my family such dignity and respect as I watched her go to the arms of Jesus. I think this place is run so well and am so thankful my mom was able to live here.

As a therapist I visit many buildings and this community is awesome! The staff are so friendly and the residents are so busy. And their help goes beyond that. I was recently there to see a resident and had a flat tire. Jeff, the van driver, notified me and offered to change my tire. I was so beyond grateful. Thank you mucho

Spring Gardens Meridian has always professionally and compassionately supported our mother and family in times of need. This has included efficiently and professionally working with our family and hospice to facilitate her move from the hospital to Spring Gardens as well as her ongoing loving care. The wonderful staff has always shown our mother loving respect and has skillfully provided her with quality care in conjunction with hospice. The sincere care and love the staff shares with their residents and their families is very much appreciated.

An excellent facility well run by their staff. The caregivers are very friendly and welcoming. The facility is the perfect size with a max of about 60-75 residents. Very accommodating with the needs of family members as well.

We transferred my beautiful mom here after experiencing unprofessional and disrespectful care from a previous facility. The minute we walked in, we felt the warmth, cleanliness and caring feeling from all that welcomed us. The move in process was easy and the staff made my mom feel important, wanted, cared for and part of their community. The staff would go out of their way to peek into her room to tell her “Good morning. I brought you your coffee and something to eat. Love you. Have a nice day”. That made the start of her day cheery and happy. She loved everyone that she came into contact with. We HIGHLY recommend Harmony Hills for your loved one. You will be happy they’re in such caring hands.

Harmony Hills is wonderful. When searching for a place for our family member we experienced some very disturbing facilities in the Treasure Valley when we just dropped by for an unannounced tour. When we did that at HH one of the head directors, Keri(?), dropped everything she had going on to give my family a full tour of the assisted living side and the memory care side and answered all questions we had. There was no red flags that we saw when we did this unannounced facility tour, unlike the previous 8 we had seen before. No joke, all 8 were not the standard of living these people should have been in. THE RESIDENTS WERE SMILING AND HAPPY HERE! That was sadly something that we had not seen at other places. Now, fast forward 30 days since we have moved our family member in... I am truly at ease & confident in saying that my family member has the best care in the treasure valley. Yes, there was a learning curve. Yes, there were some miscommunications on our end (family members) & on their end (the facility), but none of which were not handled promptly, professionally, and with full communication to us family members. They take pride in their activities calendar the wonderful staff plans for these people & they have such fun activities every single day. Lots of outings and little trips, even to McCall. Cannot praise the staff enough. Amanda, memory care director&RN and Donya, lead memory care nurse, are such blessings to have running the journey's (memory care) side. Always when I go to visit, there are people cleaning the common areas and the residents rooms. I have yet to go into my family members room and think "oh wow this needs to be cleaned" or even found a mess for that matter. I could go on and on, but the people working at Harmony Hills truly care about their residents and love what they do. You can see it through what kind of facility they run. Please take the time to visit this wonderful assisted living home & memory care home, you will be wonderfully surprised.
