I've been living at Grace Assisted Living – Meridian for 10 months. I feel quite at home here. Some of the caregivers have become dear friends. And most everyone is patient and kind. The kitchen staff does their best to provide good, nutritious meals. I feel that any place you live will have its downsides, but overall I feel safe and well cared for.

I arrived at Grace Assisted Living in Meridian at the beginning of April and have had a wonderful experience so far! The rooms are clean and spacious and residents are allowed and encouraged to decorate with personal items, making my apartment feel comfortable and homey. The facilities in general are well maintained and there's a nice outdoor area as well. The staff at Grace is helpful, cheerful, and kind. They work hard to encourage involvement in the many available activities. The housekeeping service is top notch, keeping my apartment clean and providing an excellent laundry service. With regards to kitchen staff, the food is good and meals are always varied. One thing I particularly appreciate is the ability to opt in for a in house visit from my preferred care provider and physical and occupational therapists. Overall, my experience with Grace Assisted Living has been extremely positive and I look forward to continuing to settle into this community.

My husband and I fell in love with this place when we walked in! So cozy, and right near our kids and church! We moved here last December. We are enjoying it very much. There are lots of windows for natural light, and We love our apartment. We have personalized it by hanging up photos and artwork, and moving some of our furniture here. The staff is warm and caring. The food is very good and balanced. The menu varies. If you don't happen to like a certain food at a meal, there is a list of foods that can be substituted. We are enjoying playing cards, and we have a wonderful activity director who keeps us busy playing games, doing puzzles, enjoying live music, and exercising, if we choose too. We highly recommend this place. We love it!

We have a family member at Grace Meridian Memory care. We have found the facility to be very clean with beautiful interior design. The caregivers are kind, patient, caring, and professional. Our family has participated in every day activities as well as holiday events at the facility. Our family member is kept clean, appropriately dressed and well fed. We are kept informed of any change in physical or mental condition. Whenever we have concerns, the staff or concerns appropriately. I highly recommend Grace Meridian memory care.

I am a blind resident at Grace Assisted Living in Meridian. I require caregiver support multiple times a day escorting me between activities. I am very happy with all of the activities here at Grace Assisted Living. I am very fulfilled with the social engagement and really appreciate having a list of all the activities on an online activity calendar which my son is able to access and share with me. I love not having to cook or clean or do maintenance as these are all provided for me. All of the caregivers are extremely friendly and helpful. My transition into this facility has been very smooth.

I am so happy to say Grace, Meridian is MY HOME & has been for almost a year. It is a very warm careing place to be. The staff & caregivers are the BEST. The facilities are exceptionally clean, and comfortable. Many activities are offered, giving us a chance to know our neighbors & keep physically & mentally active. My mother lives at Grace Assisted Living in Meridian. We are so grateful for the loving care she receives there. The staff is attentive, kind, loving and reliable. The facility is kept clean and organized; it's bright and cheerful. The meals are prepared in with loving hands and delivered to each resident at their assigned tables. Activities are available for almost any type of interests. The nurse is top notch! She is quick to help with any needs my mom has had. There is not a better place for my mom. She has made some wonderful friends living at Grace. She feels safe and secure and well cared for. What a wonderful blessing this place is!

A good friend, a 93 year old Korean War veteran, spent his last day's at this facility. The care he received was way beyond expectations. All of the personnel we met were truly amazing. Highly recommend this facility!!

I love the staff at Grace Living Meridian. My dad has been there for four months and it helps my piece of mind that he is being so well looked after. His only complaint is the food is too bland for him but he has always been a spice lover. It is nutritional food too which helps me feel better too as he is diabetic. I love the Dr that visits and how friendly everyone is. It was a hard decision as he has always been so independant but knowing he is being taken care of by such caring people in a way I could not has been a comfort. Thank you Grace Meridian.

Most days I don't know what we would do without Mandie and Danielle at Grace in Meridian. Since moving my grandmother in during the initial height of the COVID pandemic they have been life savers in her care. All of the staff goes above and beyond to keep their residents comfortable, during these unprecedented times especially. They are always willing to help and assess her needs. The facility is beautiful and clean, and all of the staff is so friendly. It is a wonderful place for my Grandmother to live out her remaining years.

Mandie (Administrator) is both professionally and personally positive and great to communicate with. She is willing to address concerns and questions a family may have. I appreciate her demonstrated care for the staff, clients and families. Her upfront and honest feedback is a strong point and favorable quality. Dealing with a parent who is not going to get better with time is emotional and difficult to sometimes handle and accept. Mandie and her team are a great help.

Its been a number of years since my parents lived at Grace in Meridian but I have remained friends with the staff and keep in touch regularly. Since this past year has being particularly hard on the residents, due to Covid-19 restrictions, my two best friends and I formed a group (Friends of Grace) and we pay it forward by taking them cards, gifts several times a year.As for my parents, they were truly blessed to call Grace their home, they felt very loved by Mandie (and staff) and I will never be able to thank them enough for treating my parents with the utmost respect during their final days! If the need ever arises for your elderly parents, I would highly recommend Grace Assisted Living in Meridian.

Mandie and Danisha were terrific in answering all questions and paving the way for a great move. Grace went out of the way to welcome Mom and help her get comfortable with all aspects of the facility. The floor staff are friendly and willing to help at all occasions. My family highly recommends the facility.October 2019 I visited Mom and I was so pleased. Mom looked healthy,relaxed and content.Most of Moms excellent countenance is due to Graces staff and facility. Mom no longer has to try to cook,clean or worry about security. Grace is set up to accommodate Moms mobility challenges and it provides the safe means for bathing,hygiene and exercise.I visited with staff while viewing all aspects of Moms quality of life. The staff were sincere and dedicated to the well being of the residents. There is monitoring of Mom on a daily basis and an individual plan for her quality of life. I was also pleased to find out the excellent relationship that Grace has with local physicians and the important information flow between them.Our family is elated at Moms location,staff and service.

Both of my parents lived at Grace Assisted Living in Meridian for several years. My mom eventually had to go to Memory Care while my dad stayed in his studio apartment. The Administrator and entire staff were so compassionate and helpful during this journey. They truly acted like they loved my parents as family. I never worried about their needs being met while they were there. I would highly recommend Grace in Meridian for anyone needing a place for their loved one during their senior years.

I did some painting for this facility and it was amazing to see the staff be so tentative to the residents needs. The place was very warm and welcoming! My Father was in need of a new home. We had only a couple of days to make the arrangements. Grace was able to accommodate our immediate needs. My Father was well cared for, meals were addiqute, his room and clothing were kept very clean. He was checked on and given snacks through out the day. My mother needed a change. She was paying a huge amount of money for an unsatisfactory living situation in the rural midwest so I moved her to Grace to be near me. Not only did she save $1,000 a month over what she was paying, but she also received much more quality care here. She loved the activities, particularly Christian Fellowship and Bingo. I believe her life was extended because of the time she had at Grace.

I love working at Grace! Not only do I enjoy my coworkers but I love working with the residents everyday! I enjoy coming to work and seeing people smile when I get them to their appointment theyve been waiting for! Seeing residents get a fresh hair cut and style really makes their day! All the staff at Meridian Grace from the Administration to the Nursing, Med techs, Care givers, Housekeeping and the Kitchen work as a team to provide the best care and quality food for their residents. Resident care is paramount at Grace and it shows when you talk to any of the staff. If my mother at 88 was living in Meridian at Grace (instead of Iowa) I would feel very comfortable in knowing that my Mother would be getting the care and her nutritional needs were well taken care of.

Grace has been a great place to work and the Residents really seem to enjoy themselves here with a great array of activities to do. Staff is great and show how much care for the residents in the care that they provide for them. I have been to several Grace buildings and they are well kept and beautifully decorated. Grace is a welcoming place to be. Grace has many wonderful activities for the residents. The administration is always quick to answer any questions I have. I was very uneasy about putting my mom in an assisted living and Grace maid it a very smooth transition. I never have to worry about my mom being taken care of. The staff there are wonderful. It is always clean and smells nice. My mom has not had any complaints about the food and that was a must on deciding the right place! I have worked for Grace for almost 5 years now. I started off as a Med-Tech,Caregiver on evening shift. I have worked for several different communities in the past 12 years. I can confidently say Grace Assisted living is by far the up-most respectful community I have ever worked for. The owner of these facilities is always involved. If there is ever an issue you dont have to worry about climbing the corporate ladder, she is always available. I am now an administrator, this company is truly a supportive and educating company.

We were at Grace for four months. The management was amazing! Mandie went over and beyond the call of duty! I called her a lot and she always was kind and prompt in helping me. The activities director was also amazing! She kept my mom busy and brought in a lot of fun entertainment. Housekeeping was outstanding, the nurse on staf was on top of things and very personable. The aids were also helpful and kind to mom. The only complaint from mom was the food. If they could get that fixed, it would be 5 stars. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

My Dad has been a resident of Grace Assisted Living, in Meridian, for the last two and a half years. I am very pleased with the care he receives there. The Staff are positive, friendly and upbeat people that take very good care of Dad. Dads room is kept clean and laundry service is provided. The facility is in top shape. Three meals and snacks are provided. Dad really enjoys the food. Barber and toenail services are available for a charge. There is a variety of entertainment opportunities and Church services. I have the peace of mind that Dad is in very good hands at Grace. I would highly recommend this facility.
