Being without a car, the Meridian Senior Center is my salvation. The employees work extremely hard to provide a happy place with meals with musical entertainment, cards, exercises transportation to and from the Center if needed and more. If you don't enjoy it, it's your own fault.

This center is full of friendly people, good food and a multitude of pleasant activities. The fellowship of the lunch service is the highlight of my week. The staff is wonderful and the crew of volunteers is amazing and fantastic. It is well run and I highly recommend it. Ken

Yeah, this center is what I was looking for but I I have so much wonderful experience, and the kindness that people showed me when I first came is amazing thank God for seniors to be able to come to a Center like Meridian

My mom, who is now 97 yrs old, has been going to the center since 1992. Everyone is so nice to her. Talking to her and giving hugs. Even though she has severe dementia, we both enjoy the fellowship at our table and enjoy the Meals on Wheels lunches Mon - Friday. It would be devastating to a lot of people if the center wasn't around.

I booked the smaller room that was available for my grandpa's memorial celebration. The space was quite nice and room we had was perfect for what we needed. A few things to note. I talked to the director over the phone and then my mom went to take care of the paperwork on site. When we spoke, the director didn't tell us anything about having to buy our own event insurance until my mom was in the room to sign. That felt pretty shady since I'd spoken with her a couple times about cost etc, and she never mentioned it. And really?!? What kind of event space doesn't carry their own insurance for events. On top of that, we got the insurance bc it was required, and then they didn't even ask for the paperwork. Furious! We also had to clean the entire space ourselves, including the bathrooms which we shared with a larger event in another area. Super weird, TBH. Anyway, the guy that checked us out St the end was super cool and chill since there 2as another event, but that was after we did ALL the required cleaning (bathrooms too), so again, didn't have to actually do all that, frustrating. All in all, overpriced space that doesn't provide literally anything but the bones of a room w tons of apparently fake rule.. Would not book again.
