Offered great care for my dying grandmother. Not super affordable to take family members. There staff offers great and understanding services. Basic food care. Clean environment/ hospital setting. I highly recommend them. Great parking avaible and wheelchair accessible.

My sister Kerri has been at Swan Falls for almost 1 year. The care that she receives there is amazing! Their facility is so homey and comfortable and the entire place is clean and smells good. Kerri has her own private room and bath. The staff is so kind and caring. My sister has dementia and the staff are so patient with her. They have fun activities and even entertainment for the residents.I am so grateful for the staff and the excellent care that my sister receives. They are always there to help in any way.

Swan Falls provided an exceptional place for a member of our family to live. It seems like home the moment one walks in the door. The staff is very attentive and helpful. It’s all the little things that make us feel like we found a good place for our loved one. For instance, after a medical appointment a prescription needed to begin immediately. Swan Falls had it filled and delivered that day. Swan Falls is always clean and neat. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a safe a caring place for a loved one.

Our mother has been at Swan Falls Memory going on 2 years. She is happy , healthy and careed for. The Administration is excellent and the care givers are kind and attentive. The activities Director keeps the residents busy with exercise, games and. Crafts daily. Best place for Mom ™°

My mum has been at Swan Falls Assisted Living for a month. She has been doing so well! She absolutely loves the activities they offer, enjoys her spacious bedroom, and loves the people. I was very nervous putting her in a memory care facility, so I had a lot of questions, and would contact them frequently to check on her. They always answered any questions that I had promptly, and assured me that she was okay. I really appreciate them taking good care of my mum.

My mom has been with Swan Falls Assistant Living for a little less than a month. However, she has been thriving since she has arrived. The staff has done a WONDERFUL job taking care of her and always including her in all the fun activities they have! Deciding to make the change from living alone to Assistant Living isn't easy. It’s been 3 weeks for my dad and so far, the staff has been amazing!!! I have bugged them with many questions! We have had maintenance make adjustments to his room. They have hugged me when I cried upon leaving him. They brought my dad an unexpected root beer float the other evening. We are pleased!!

I am over the moon at the wonderful care by the team at Swan Falls and by ratio of staff to resident. Personal attention is given to individual needs to make residents feel comfortable and loved while paying critical attention to their care needs. This is a rare balance of great nursing, nutritious and varied meals, cleanliness, and a perfect nurse to resident ratio. My mom loves the snack tray that staff bring around several times a day, not just for the snacks but for the personal interaction with staff that make her feel seen and cared for. What a remarkable group of professionals with big hearts.

This place definitely deserves more than 5 stars. The staff isn’t just there to punch a time clock. They put a lot of care into their patients and treat them like family. My mom had been in another memory care and a long term skilled nursing facility before going to Swan falls. And they were the absolute best with her and I’m glad she was at Swan Falls when she passed. They were there for me when she passed as I was alone. They sat there with me through the whole process and comforted me. If you want your loved one to be treated like family and not just a paycheck Swan Falls is by far the best place to take them.

The folks at Swan Falls are more than "five star". They don't view their care for my father as a job or business transaction. They care. I asked that they interact with my father in a certain manner, one which makes him happy, and they do... My father was in a different facility for two years. He sees Swan Falls as his home, a place he feels safe, a place he loves to be... There are not enough words to describe the respect I hold for all of those who take care of my father and others at Swan Falls. Thank you so much!

I give Swan Falls a high 4+, as the staff all work together as a team, to ensure that the residents all feel like they have come "home"! The format of having little cottages makes it nice and allows the residents to easily get acquainted. If I had a loved one to place, I would not hesitate to reach out to the staff at SFAL.
