We needed to find an assisted living facility for my 84 year old mom a couple months ago. Unfortunately her cognitive level had declined dramatically in a short amount of time. She had also became very weak. I had no past experience or knowledge dealing with a living facility. I called Ashley Manor Memory Care and from the very first phone call and conversation I knew I had found the place we wanted to take mom. Della explained everything and walked me through the whole process and was so helpful. We quickly scheduled a tour of their Kimberly facility and my brother and I went and we met Savanah and Christina also that day. Everyone was so kind and informative and I could tell they really care about their residents. Two days later we had mom moved in! They are very accommodating and truly went out of their way to make it an easy transition not just for our mom but for my brother and I as well. The first month she was there my mom had a handful of other health issues that needed to be addressed and Christina and Savanah completely took care of everything for us and it was so comforting knowing she was in such good care. She is getting settled in and I believe getting stronger and healthier thanks to the great care from all the staff. Christina keeps in great contact with me as I live 6 hours away. She keeps me very informed of my mom's condition and I know I can contact her or Savanah at anytime if I need to. It is a blessing and a relief to know that my mom is in such a great place with such great people who really truly care about her. Thank you to everyone at Ashley Manor Memory Care in Kimberly!! You guys are the BEST!!!

I come to Ashley Manor in Kimberly as a field clinician for a hospice agency. The caregivers are always willing to help. The facility and residents are clean and well taken care of. Definitely one of my favorite to visit!

My 92 year old grandma was moved to this facility from Jerome. The care staff has been amazing in her transition and it has been nice that some of her favorite staff members can still work with her and take care if her daily. This has helped put her mind at ease. The atmosphere is very cozy and home like, feeling warm and inviting. The staff is very caring and patient with all the residents. The teamwork that all the staff give in Jerome and Kimberly facility is the best I have seen. Everyone works well together and gets the job done. I would be lost without Christine and Savanah. They have helped my grandmother and my family in so many ways. Nothing but good stuff for Ashley Manor.

When I was looking for a place to help me with my mother, most of the locations presented themselves as vacation spots with amenities. My first meeting with Ashely Manor was what they can do to help my mom. They didn't sell me on a pool. They sold me on heart. Mom was a part of the Ashely Manor Buttercup family for three years. She had a hard time adjusting, but the staff never lost patience with her. I live in a different state, trust in her care was paramount. The staff never let me down. My mom became a part of a family. The care they had for her was evident in everything they did. I called every day. They helped me speak to her with ease and kept me informed on how she was doing. When she was having a good day or a bad day, they always told me the truth. This was the hardest decision in my life, and I never regretted choosing Ashley Manor.

I see first hand the love and care the residents receive. As a hospice nurse I know my patients are well cared for. The staff are consistent with low turn over. Management is great. The facility is clean. Home like environment. Highly recommended!!

My dad, William Eversole "Doc" has been at Ashley Manor Buttercup for several years now and I can't say enough good things about the facility and the staff there. The place is always clean, residents are well cared for and the staff treats everyone like family. Bree keeps my family undated on dad's condition which is much appreciate since my sister and I live two thousand miles away. We cannot thank you all enough for the care you provide for our father.
