I can write a book about how great this staff and establishment is! My mother isn't just a resident she is family to them! Can't praise them enough! I know each and every one of the staff members by name, and they know me as well! Nothing but love to all of them!

This is the 2nd facility my husband has been at and it has been wonderful. They have readily done whatever the doctor has requested & tracked any issue needing to be tracked. I am free to eat meals with him & have enjoyed them. They send me pics of him participating in activities or if he has injured himself I receive a call & pics. The staff have great attitudes & I really appreciate it. My husband enjoys the back porch sitting area. I cannot recommend these folks enough for hard times like these.

We placed my 92 year old grandma here in May of 2023. My grandmother immediately took to the home like atmosphere. She has enjoyed the staff and has felt like part of their family. The staff has gone above and beyond for our family as well. They keep us updated on care and appointments and are always available to answer questions or help out. They help us make Informed decisions and always have grandma's best interests in mind. I would place any family member here, with great confidence that they will be absolutely loved and cared for.

I've been coming to this Ashley Manor for 6 years as a feild clinician for a hospice agency. I always love coming in. It's clean, the residents are happy and well taken care of. The caregivers actually care. Its a great place!

just want to say that every time i go into any of the manors the staff is extremely friendly and willing to go out of their way to help me. the facility is always clean and the residents are always in a positive mood. hopefully when my day comes my kids will choose a place like ashley man

Having to make the decision as a family to put our mom in assisted living was extremely difficult. After visiting Ashley Manor, Jerome, and visiting with staff, our concerns and worries were put at ease. The minute you step through the front door, it felt very inviting and homey. It was very clean and cheery. As an added bonus, our mom has been able to have her small dog there with her which was a huge comfort to her. Savannah, the administrator, is wonderful in keeping us informed of any changes with mom and how she is doing. The staff are the best! You immediately sense that they love their jobs and the residents who live there. Savannah and her staff have made a difficult decision much easier and we are grateful for their dedication, support, and loving care that they give our mom and the other residents who live there.

We were so fortunate to have an opening at Ashley manor care for my sister Mary McCollum. I was not happy with Grace assisted living in Twin Falls because it seemed like it was more of an institution versus an assisted living home for the Alzheimer afflicted residents. I was told about Ashley manor and proceeded to get the transfer process in order. I am so very happy I did this, because Mary was very very happy And her aggression decreased. I would like to give a shout out to all the staff at the Ashley manor care on Lincoln and especially a big big shout out to Savannah the administrator. She was absolutely amazing very helpful and just a genuine loving human being. My wife and I And also my younger sister Mimi loved her Positive attitude and her overall compassion For all the residents. Though, my sister passed away July 29th of 2023 Savannah and I continue to keep in touch and we consider her family to us! I just want to say thank you for everything, my sister is in a better place now.

Update: My brother in law has resided at Ashley Manor in Jerome Idaho going on 5 years. I would not change one remark I wrote earlier about this facility and staff! Many staff were there when he was admitted, which gives a consistency to his care. I have grown to love and appreciate Mel and Essie and Savanah like daughters. This is home to Tim...they show it in their care, concern, and love. He is in the best place he could possibly be. Thank you for going above and beyond in your daily care. Thank you all for having such good, kind hearts for your residents!! This is a place to call home for your loved one. I would happily put any family member here, very little staff turnover which is great for residents. They are kind and caring and are pro resident and pro family. Mel and Amanda and all the staff are well trained in TBI and dementia. My brother in law was not an easy resident...to say the least. He has been there 2 years and has become at peace in his life through their consistent care. I hope he stays at this wonderful place forever! Thank you from our hearts for taking such good care of Tim.
