I've been a home health physical therapist for 13 years, and I spent a lot of time in most assisted livings in the valley. I have never left a review, but I am extremely impressed with a Foxtail. Their staff is caring, attentive, and go out of their way to serve their residents. I would highly recommend them to anybody

My father has lived here for almost 4 years. He was the third resident to move in. He is 100 1/2 years old! The staff here is phenomenal. They are so attentive to every need and caring and friendly . He’s been through hip surgery and severe back problems while here and they take excellent care of him. My only complaint would be the food. 40% of the time it is below par which seems to be standard fare for all assisted living facilities. I’ve looked at other places and there is no where else that I would want him at, even though it is a 30 min drive to visit him daily, it is worth it to know he is in such a nice place.

After moving here from another state I brought my mother to Foxtail. The staff made her transition smooth and trouble free. Everyone has been so welcoming. It's nice to see happy, smiling faces providing care. They really care about their residents safety, well being and comfort.

Everyone at Fox Tail is truly exceptional. The entire staff are kind and caring and truly have a vocation to do this type of demanding and tiring work. They all believe that life is about serving others, and doing good. My father has recently passed, and he only stayed at the facility for a short period of time, but during that time, the staff was patient and kind to him. Holly, in particular, was so cheerful and warm, dad developed a close friendship with her. Jesse, was terrific. Once when I was concerned about dad, I called the facility late at night, and Jesse answered. I asked him to check on dad, and he took off running to dads room to confirm he was okay. Sami, Chris and Brittany were remarkable. They helped our family through very difficult times when dads health declined. I highly recommend this excellent facility. My mother, husband and I all joke that, when it is our time, we all want to go there.

Ive never had a bad experience while being at foxtail, all the employees as well as administration are so caring and loving towards all the residents and their family! By far the best facility in the valley, not just because of the beautiful building but the care they give their residents as well. Id definitely reccomend checking the place out if youre looking for a home for one of your loved ones!

We toured 5 buildings in the area for my mom. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the marketing, sales director with a huge smile. She took the time to show my husband and I, three apartments and reshowed them when we confused ourselves! She explained exactly how they do INDIVIDUALIZED care for each resident, instead of lumping each person into a level of care. We met the nurse Will who was very professional and caring. We were shown the menu and they invited us to stay for dinner! This facility takes dignity and respect to a whole new level. The caregivers were all smiling and you can tell the residents love them by the way they all interact. We even met the administrator Samantha, who was been working for the owners for over 10 years, at their other building. Go in and check out the ice cream parlor! For a start up building, this place is great. Mom will be moving in this month.

The care team at Foxtails is amazing. My Mom was lucky to be able to live here for a short time. The staff made sure she felt safe and loved. When she passed, they were so compassionate to my family. I could not recommend them more. The facility is very new, rooms are very nice, some with nice patio access. The residents really love the 50s diner and seem to all really like it there. Sammy and her team are amazing!

Just toured last week. Very nice, beautiful building. Much bigger inside. I met the receptionist Chris. Very nice and helpful. I am coming back on Wednesday with my parents. We will decide between the this location and their sister location in Nampa.

My family had been searching for a place for my mother. We have been watching this place while in the building stages. We noticed it was completed and decided to tour. From our first contact with them, theyve been great. Ive had my questions answered and I feel they genuinely care. I had the opportunity to observe the staff interact with the residents during meal time. You can tell that there is a mutual respect from all sides. Im so glad we made the decision to move my mother in. She is getting the care she needs and we are getting the peace of mind knowing she is being treated with dignity and respect.

As a Community Liaison with an outside agency, all I can say is that I truly enjoy visiting this community. I have had a few families reach out to me to ask about places in the Eagle area and this is always on my list. They staff is always smiling and engaging with the residents, which is so important. Foxtail staff keeps the residents busy and engaged. Sami is the Administrator and she has a heart of gold. This is a wonderful attribute to have in the medical community.

Not only is this facility amazing, but the staff is completely next level. They are caring, understanding and absolutely amazing to work with. The rooms and common areas are comfortable and beautiful-- this place doesnt have that stale feel, it feels vibrant and full of life. What a wonderful place for your loved one to call home.

Ive had many family members in several assisted living, memory care facilities all over the treasure valley and none of them are as great as Foxtail. I think they have a great group of residents as well as employees which creates a really welcoming and inviting environment for all. The staff is very caring and more than helpful to the residents. The administration is also phenomenal, Sami and Brittany do a great job and stay very involved with the residents as well. The facility is beautiful and well kept. I highly recommend coming and touring Foxtail to see if it would be a good fit for your family member!

The facility turned out beautiful. Theyve really paid attention to all the details. From the Marketing Director, the Care Staff, Maintenance and Kitchen staff - they are all class acts. They are a genuine family and really care about the residents. Great place to be. I would recommend you call up and schedule a tour. This is definitely a place to see.

My Mom has lived there for two years. She has repeatedly told us that she has never been happier. Believe me when I say my mother has led a very happy and fulfilling life. She loves the people that care for her. She has met the owners of this care facility and loves them, as well. She has a dog that the care givers took care of while she was rushed to hospital, until a family member pick her pup up. They have caught several health issues and made sure that we were contacted along with emergency care services. The people at this care facility has repeatedly proven to us that they care for and love my Mother. My Mom would absolutely let us know if she was unhappy. I trust these lovely people and I am truly grateful for the incredible work that they do. Side note.... whoever the chef is at this facility does and excellent job. The food there is delicious. I had a taste of my moms salmon and it was seriously one of the best bites of fish that I have ever had. Thank you Foxtail. You can not imagine the stress that you have relieved from my Moms life and ours. We breathe easier knowing that you are watching over her everyday.

I have seen quite a few different facilities over the years. Foxtail Senior living is by far the best managed and well run facility I have seen. All of the staff cares very much for each resident and really puts there all into their work. Sami and Brittany are great to work with, and the nursing staff is always going above and beyond to ensure that the care given is at its best.
