Elaine was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. It was obvious that she truly cares about the residents and staff. We are still in the exploratory phase of researching assisted living / memory facilities. We will for sure keep the Courtyard high on our list of places for Mom….

Our experience went above and beyond our expectations. The property is beautiful, clean and well kept. Everyone there is welcoming, going out of their way to greet you. The real difference maker to me is the happiness of the residents. I got to experience a birthday party for a resident that was so special, and a church service. The residents smiles, their interactions with each other and the staff spoke volumes of their contentment and well-being. I have toured 4 care facilities and I never felt that until I came to the Courtyard.

My brother has been here for 2 years. The staff are kind, compassionate, and caring to him. They anticipate his needs and always update me on his care. He is happy and has gratitude for them. I love that!

My mom lived here just under a year. The care staff is very compassionate and friendly, but they are understaffed. The billing department was awful to work with. It took them almost 6 months to submit the simple paperwork required by our insurance. They never did apologize or admit their mistakes with our account, when I have documentation that they were in error. I believe integrity means, among other things, admitting when you mess up and figuring out why- then correcting the issues so no one else has to go through that. They don't do this. Big red flag. Maybe it's corporate and their hands are tied- also a red flag. There are better, well rounded homes than this- we found one. Out of 10- I say cleanliness is a 7, meals are a 7, quality of nurses and care staff a 10- but there is not enough of them.

My mother moved in just a month after my father passed. The staff welcomed her and have cared for her so well for the past three years. She has a private room decorated in her own style but enjoys the community events almost daily. It is a wonderful, caring home.

Legit the sweetest employees I've ever met, they really love, care and work hard to make sure the level of care is met for each resident. Janel and the office staff are so incredibly detailed on making sure every resident is loved and affairs are in order from meals to doctor appointments and activities. Such a hard working team!! 10/10 would recommend.

I love working here and the residents are awesome. It's like a home setting and they all have their own rooms to fix how they want. Should you bring your family members here, yes by all means, I will treat them like family. If you want to be part of a great team to work with come by and apply.

These people are fantastic. They cared for a person, my adopted mother, who to me deserved the best as she was declining. Thank you for making her last few years easier for her to bear. I know she is looking down on you and smiling.

It may be early to write this review, but we just moved my dad in there and we did it on Thanksgiving day. And the staff was was accommodating and wonderful even though it was a holiday. I am super excited to see how things unfold as it seems to be very professional, yet caring and personable

My mom has been living at the Courtyard for a little over 6 months now. The staff are A-Mazing! They really do care about the residence. They have a BBQ for lunch every Friday in the summer and family members are encouraged to join. They have little concerts, play bingo and many other activities. They even have a support group for family members with loved ones in the Memory Care house. I would highly recommend this facility to take care of your loved one.

My Mother Shelley has been here for 4 years now with Alzheimers disease. I could not be happier with the care she receives! Not only good care but she is like family here. The meals are good (I often eat lunch wih her), her room as well as the house (there are 4) is always clean and the staff is always nice and helpful to her and her family (me) Before we picked this facility my wife Pam and I checked out lots of places and found this to be the best fit ! Thanks to all the staff I have met and especially Amanda who has worked here with my Mom the whole time ! Courtyard has been a blessing from God for my family.
