I wish a rating less than 1 star could be given. My mother lived at this facility in the Memory Care side from September 2022 until July 2023. While she resided at this facility, there were three different employees in the role of Memory Care Manager. In the same time frame, there were also three separate employees in the role of head nurse of the memory care side. With these changes in managers and lead nurses, the one thing that remained consistent was that [name removed] (Administrator of the entire Caldwell facility) could and would verbally make false promises, no matter the nature of the conversation. In one meeting, staff even identified a lack of training and internal protocol was being followed, and yet, no changes took place. Items went missing, furniture was moved from my mother's room, and yet, the facility administration always noted that it was the family's fault for allowing it to occur. This was a very eye-opening and disappointing experience for our entire family, and we are so grateful we found a safe and happy place for my mother following this horrendous ordeal. Grace Assisted Living in Caldwell is an excellent reminder that just because something looks nice, doesn't mean that it is. I highly recommend you consider seeking a different facility for you or your loved one if you care about their well-being at all. 0/10.

My mom lived in the memory care side of Grace for quite a while. She was over medicated, charged for services she didn't receive and we had to ask them to empty her garbage can once she was bedridden. Management wouldn't return phone calls.

I picked up a woman here to take her for an errand and I thought the place was immaculate and beautifully decorated with friendly staff. Probably one of the nicest assisted living facilities I have ever been in.

I am writing this review in lieu of my mother, Leona Holt, who is a resident at Grace, as she has no access to the internet. But she has expressed to me the following opinions and desires them to be shared. She has been there for a little over 2 months now and is extremely satisfied with the facility. The level of care by the staff is excellent. They take a personal interest in all of the residents health and well being. They offer a abundance of daily activities that range from going out on trips to staying comfortably indoors playing bingo, watching movies, or just visiting with newly made friends. They also provide transportation for doctor appointments, shopping trips, ect. The weekly menu is healthy, well prepared, and has a great variety of choices. She is a diabetic and the chef and assistants go out of their way to make sure she has her dietary needs met, including sugar free treats! She would highly recommend Grace in Caldwell to anyone needing a home.

Started here in July and been here since as a dishwasher, its been an amazing experience with all the staff and residents. Everyone is very friendly and caring in this facility. I would recommend anyone who wants to experience a new job position, is willing to learn new things and is compassionate. Very beautiful place as well.

As an employee of Grace at Caldwell I am blessed with seeing the big picture of just what a special community this is. The facility is brand new - the decor is warm and inviting , it is such a bright building. The staff on site are amazing people. Everyone s first priority is to see that the needs of our residents are met with kindness , compassion & respect. They always take the time to listen and to make sure that all is well. What more could one want for their loved ones- compassionate care, great food, daily activities, entertainment etc.

A very nice place that my husband and I are now calling home! It is so nice to have Grace doing the cooking, cleaning and washing for us. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. It is a beautiful facility and I am so thankful we have moved here. Brian the cook does a great job keeping us well fed. Our Activity Director Rebecca, does a wonderful job with a variety of activities to keep our bodies and minds active. John, the manager is very helpful iand if we have a problem he is quick to address it. We are very satisfied living at Grace Assisted Living.

I love living at Grace. I was one of the first to move in when the building opened and it has been the best decision I have ever made! They hire the best people to work with the residents. The caregivers are kind, attentive and make sure we are all well taken care of. The administrator has an open door policy and is always willing to take the time to listen and make any changes that are needed to make it an even better place. Theres always an activity gong on to get involved with and the extra effort our activity director makes to connect with the residents and help us all stay active and connected with others makes it feel like we are one big family. The food is outstanding and the chief makes sure we have a variety of healthy, good meals even if you have dietary restrictions like me.

Caldwell Grace provides a nice, clean, safe home for folks like us that can no longer sufficiently care for ourselves or our family in our own home. Staff is very helpful and great activities keep involved with other residents. We also enjoy the good food prepared for us daily.
