I put my dad at Hiland Estates and a week later, I checked my stepdad into the facility also. The staff has been very accommodating and helping me with things that I didn’t know what to do. They care about their residence and work hard to meet all the needs. I didn’t know anything about assistant living, but it has been a very good experience.

Do not but anyone you love here. I know from experience completely under staffed and very uncaring nursing and administrative staff. It is all about the $$$. I don’t believe the 5 star review were written by anyone staying there or have family there

I placed my mother here months ago... My only regret is not placing her here sooner. She resides in the memory care unit and has blossomed in their care. She is a little like her old self and Im glad to see it. The nursing staff is one of the best around, and definitely more competant than those at other facilities I looked at. They have been nothing but kind and helpful and I am beyond appreciative at this point 5 stars, Id recommend this facility to anyone

It is always a difficult decision when your loved ones are at a point they need more care. I will tell you that Felicia Martinez helped us make this decision easier. Their staff has been outstanding. The entire staff has gone out of their way to make us feel like this is the right choice. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and the nurse there is one of the best I have worked with. For those of you who are having to make this decision for a family member, please reach out to them and ask for Felicia.

We love Highland Estates. My mom and aunt both live at this community. They have been residents the last three years. The caregivers are great with the residents and often take the extra time to fix their hair and do special things for both of them. The nurse is always available to answer questions and help the residents and family. The food is fantastic and even if my mom doesnt like the meal, the chef will find another food alternative or make her special requests. The beauty shop is open daily or by appointment. The community has a constant stream of activities for the residents. We love being a part of the HIghland Estates Family.

I enjoy working here I love the team work and cleanliness of the facility our residents are always #1 when it comes to staff and management this is the best place I've worked in my 10 years doing CNA I can truly say I would recommend this place to anyone even my own family ty highland staff and management for making this a wonderfull place

I love this facility! They took care of my Grandpa when it was just too much for my mother to do at home. I found the staff very caring and friendly, the nurse very knowledgeable, and the facility had a great home atmosphere that I know my family loved! I would recommend this facility to everyone!

They keep track of my mom here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping do a good job of keeping it clean they will clean here room weekly and they empty trash daily. She eats 3 good meals a day. They will engage here to join the daily activities and some days she will just watch. There is a hairdresser on site. It has an enclosed courtyard that they are remodeling right now. And the front has chairs and is nice to enjoy. I would recommend this community.
