The team at Peak Moments has exceeded our expectations. Our father suffers from Parkinsons Disease and related dementia, and has periods where he becomes impulsive and obstinate. We sought out Peak Moments for nighttime sitting, as he has trouble sleeping. The team there interacts with Dad with the utmost compassion and care; they are gentle with him and help soothe him when he becomes upset in the middle of the night, and help him get back to sleep. I am continually amazed and grateful when I read their nightly logs and see that they were able to gently help him. They have also continually demonstrated their advocacy for Dad, ensuring he is well taken care of at the facility where he resides.Peak Moments has never let us down by missing a shift. They have provided a discount on billing if direct draw is set up. They are tight on communication, reaching out to us by text, phone, and email as appropriate. They reliably record logs immediately after each visit so that we can see what has happened the night before. cannot imagine receiving better service when it comes to assistance with our Dad.

I had experience working with Ragan as my wifes caregiver for a year and we could not have been more pleased. She is professional, very caring, loving and always wanted the best for Kay, my wife. Kay is disabled and suffers from two different dementias. Needless to say this can make caring for her a real challenge. Ragan more than met the challenge. Kay dearly loves Ragan. Every time I told her Ragans Coming to see you today. She smiled, laughed and said Wonderful! I just love her. And when Ragan came in Kays face lit up and she gave Ragan a big hug. Ragan was the first caregiver that I was completely comfortable with taking care of Kay. When I left Kay with Ragan I was never concerned or worried. I knew she was in good hands.

I highly recommend Regan and Allison. They both have gone above and beyond to take care of my friend. They have been flexible on the hours and services we need. Best customer service and professional I have found. We would have been lost without everyones help at Peak Moments and their sincere caring and flexibility. They are the Best!!!

I have had experience with Ragan as a caregiver to my husband who is disabled from stroke. She helped in so many ways for the time she was with us which was almost a year and a half. For her, it is a calling and we were so lucky to have her with us several times a week. She just sees what is helpful and does what is needed with kindness and patience.
