Brookdale Boise Parkcenter Assisted Living is a wonderful community located in the heart of Boise. The grounds are mature and the courtyard is so peaceful. The Residents are well cared for and happy to call this community home. My mother has recently moved in and has settled very well. I love meeting new Residents every time I go to visit her.

Brookdale Parkcenter AL is more interested in heads than beds than providing quality care. It’s a shame because the company as a whole has many resources and the community staff is definitely compassionate and hardworking. I’ve worked with other communities throughout the country and haven’t experienced this, so it must be an issue with admissions and/or regional leadership.

This is the best place to have a loved one, everyone is caring and compassionate for the residents. It also houses the best set of employees who work very well together caring for these residents with excellent communication among us all.. all around this is by far the best place in Boise!
