Mary was exceptional from the very beginning of moving our parents to Brookdale, Assisted Living. She was very patient and answered all of our questions, gave thorough updates on availability and has continued to be an incredible asset to all of us! We consider her a friend for life! Medenne and her team have also been exceptional! They genuinely care for our parents and go above and beyond to make them comfortable, happy and know they are a part of the Brookdale family! Brookdale does an amazing job with providing a lively and fun atmosphere. There is lots of laughter, music and fun. The Happy Hour is so nice, and the food is great! We cannot say how happy we are. I cannot say enough good things about Brookdale specially, the sales manager Mary Demartile what a friendly girl she helped me and my mother find an apartment not too long ago and we were absolutely blown away at how beautiful your place is. I recommend anybody who is looking for a place for their loved one to take them to Brookdale and speak to Mary Demartile. She will help you find your loved one a beautiful home where they’re happy healthy, and safe.

My sister found this new facility for our parents who were now in need of assisted living. Mary and the Brookdale team welcomed my parents for a visit to show them the facility and enjoy lunch while there. That visit helped my parents know this is where they wanted to live. On move in day Mary and Medenne helped make sure we had everything we needed, and the following day when our parents arrived they helped facilitate a situation that arose with our parents now former doctor’s office. The entire team at this facility shows their dedication to the residents, and are helpful whenever we ask for anything. Medenne and I have had a FaceTime call as she helped locate my parent’s medication, Mary will text with us, and the activities director, Jennifer has encouraged my parents to participate in the activities she puts together from the day they arrived. Seeing my parents spirits soar after being there for less than 24-hours makes my sister and I know they will be happy living here. The entire staff are who help make this so by always giving off a positive demeanor with every interaction. Trust that the people here will take care of your family member(s) as their own, they will engage with them throughout the day, and they truly take pride if the work they do. We could not have asked for a better place for our parents.

Brookdale does a great job. We recently started working together on a mutual patient. They did a great job expediting a new admission and communicate very well with our hospice staff and the patients family. I have also attended several of their functions and I enjoy their food and activities. The rooms have been recently remodeling as well.

Brookdale Boise on Park Center is such a clean, beautiful facility! It smells lovely from one end to the other! The best part is the sound of laughter coming from the residents as they gathered and socialized with one another In front of the fire! That says a lot right there!

Took a tour of Brokkdale assisted living recently, as mom's health and mobility is in decline. She needed a place that can meet her needs, and our family found Brookdale to be the best place for her. After touring multiple facilities in the Boise/Meridian area, we settled on Brookdale for two reasons. First, was the woman who gave us the tour, Mary, was knowledgeable as well as courteous. Second, they have a theater room, and mom loves to watch movies. This facility is probably the nicest and cleanest one we have toured in the area. Highly recommend.

I toured this building looking ‘ for a home for grandma. I like the layout of the building, friendly staff. Gma like it and was happy to be moving in but god decided he wanted her in heaven.

Brookdale Boise Parkcenter Assisted Living is a wonderful community located in the heart of Boise. The grounds are mature and the courtyard is so peaceful. The Residents are well cared for and happy to call this community home. My mother has recently moved in and has settled very well. I love meeting new Residents every time I go to visit her.

Brookdale Parkcenter AL is more interested in heads than beds than providing quality care. It’s a shame because the company as a whole has many resources and the community staff is definitely compassionate and hardworking. I’ve worked with other communities throughout the country and haven’t experienced this, so it must be an issue with admissions and/or regional leadership.
