I lived there for over 6 years. I loved the life style and was a beautiful place when I moved in but they have not kept it up. When I moved out they charged me $200. to repaint my apartment which they should have been doing for normal upkeep. Instead of running it like a business they have let a lot of residents take control. Really sad because it was such a nice place.

I recommend the life here at Affinity At Boise because we have a lot of different activities, many amenities and an awesome staff.Right now with the Covid-19 virus outbreak throughout the Us and world has put restrictions on us all to keep us safe. The staff has done a great job on setting up the community room and other amenities for social distancing, plus sanitizing these areas throughout the day to protect our residents from getting the virus.At this time, I want to thank all the staff and Residents at Affinity At Boise for all their outstanding efforts in keeping with the CDC guide lines to keep us all safe from this lurking virus and so we can get back to our normal activities. Take care and stay safe.

I feel at ease having my mom stay at these senior apartments. The staff truly cares about their residents and will do what they can to make it stress-free. They also create quite a few events to keep them social, on top of the many amenities that keep them busy. My mom made tons of friends and feels completely at home and secure here. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Affinity at Boise is the most AMAZING 55+ Community Ive ever come across. I work here as a caregiver to several of the residents. Every time I walk through the door its like walking into my home away from Home! So many friendly residents and the ladies who run it are the BEST! There are always fun activities going on and its just an overall beautiful place to be, live! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reginicz Cass, We are sorry that you feel this was not the amazing place I find it to be. We are pet friendly, do accidents happen from time to time, sure they do. That said, I believe we do an amazing job taking care of our community and I believe our residents living here would agree. Our carpet were installed in a way that a section can be removed should the need ever arise and we are happy to do just that. Affinity at Boise has been my home for the last year. I am loving it more everyday. We have all the conveniences of home and each one of us are allowed to make our apartments our own. It has been so easy to make new friends and there are always lots of activities happening in all our community rooms. My apartment faces the east and I have a beautiful view. Nothing like sitting out on my little balcony with my coffee and watching the sun come up. And yes, before you head to bed you can relax in the hot tub! Who has time to write a bunch of checks? It is so nice to pay for everything with one check.

I have lived here for over 3 years, and love every minute of it. The staff is friendly and helpful, the maintenance people are easy to deal with and always helpful.. . The other residents are friendly, and I have made some very nice friends here. The amenities are superb. I Iive in a one bedroom 4ht floor. apt. I have a beautiful view from here. The apt is sunny, comfortable and just the right size for me. I dont what else I can say, except that I love living here, and hope I can stay at least 3 more yrs.
