I was very impressed with the staff at Right at Home! Esther was so very kind to schedule and "reschedule" caregivers for my husband . She did a fantastic job working around my schedule. The caregivers were very kind and patient working with my husband. I was impressed by the fact that if something wasn't right Kelly and staff were right on top of things. One time Kelly herself even came out and filled in. I would strongly recommend the Right at Home agency for caregivers for your loved one!

Hands down the best option available for personal caregivers/aides. Right at Home was flexible, professional and responsive to our changing needs from month to month with my schedule and my husband's recovery. We are excited to be needing less assistance going forward, but we will miss seeing some friendly faces. They seriously went above and beyond this winter cooking fresh hot breakfasts, caring for our two rambunctious dogs, and even shoveling the driveway. I am forever grateful

this so called helping co for seniors is a joke. They don't treat you with respect or consider your health restrictions, esp if you have dementia . Just because I called in and canceled my worker due to my health they have refused me help and will not help me get to the store any more, The "boss" lies to you 1 thing & the workers tell you something elses. and she lies to you on the phone,. I don't know how I will get my groceries at Wal-Mart after the end of Feb. Once again these agencies throw disabled people under the bus they don't give a damn about the Seniors who need help the most. They will stand before God someday & be judged for their mistreatment of us , Stay away from Right at Home, They are not right about anything they do & their commercials are a bold faced lie. Beware.

This is a great place to work for. I needed a flexible schedule, which they will do. The office staff is very supportive. I had a set schedule each week which also makes it better for each client as well as myself. Enjoyed working here.

Right at Home has been providing stellar Care for my Parents, 7 days a week for the last 4 months. Their Caregivers are compassionate, professional, proactive and trustworthy. The owners manage everything seamlessly, and certainly fulfill their stated mission of improving the lives of those they serve and them some! I never have to worry about my Parents when their Caregiver is with them, and my Parents are demonstrably thriving under their able assistance. I cannot be positive enough about how much Right at Homes Management and Caregivers have eased the burden on our lives.

My mom needed help after Surgery and they answered the call (literally on a Saturday night) and provided aides to help her. She had no complaints which translates into me having no complaints.

In October of 2016, my mother needed eyedrops 4 times a day after surgery. The first company we chose was unreliable, often not showing up as expected. We later realized the companys headquarters was in another state. After a few months of their madness, we found Right at Home. They definitely fulfilled their promise that someone would always be there. Even the office staff pitches in if need be. The owner , herself, ran out to my parents house to check on them during an electrical outage. Being so far away, it gave me peace of mind to know they were okay and looked after. Right at Homes staff was always kind and helpful, going beyond the call of duty. We recently stopped their services as it was time to bring my parents back to LA. I highly recommend this fine company. Everyone is professional, reliable and friendly. My parents felt at ease with their caregivers, and when the family would be there, they were always accommodating.

The office staff were extremely helpful and interesting.They took time to help my mom adjust when she came back from the hospital. Caregivers are pleasant and enjoyed what they did .Thanks again for the care provided to my mother.

I entered the door and everyone there was so helpful. The atmosphere was amazing as you can see, everyone seemed happy to work, and even the residents felt comfortable in their own home. It was pleasant. The customer service level is much higher than expected. Great home to be.

With my past experience in home healthcare, for 15+ years, best company to work for. They always put the client first, as caregivers, this is key. The part I love the most, is communication. Communication on daily visits with the client, which is vital, with fellow staff, and with the office. No matter the time of day, our clients and ourselves as care givers, know we can communicate with everyone on our team, the whole team. Communication takes time, with Right At Home, I have that, for that I am thankful.
