I've loved working for Arbor Springs and definitely would recommend it to anyone and a great place for your loved ones. Everyone is so humble and genuine. Management shows their appreciation constantly for your hard work. It's such a great feeling to see they care and the staff is such a wonderful team. We're one big happy family here. Also, the residents are so sweet, and treated very well. I'm beyond grateful to say I work here.

I worked here about 10 years ago. The staff I worked with were amazing and we all still keep in touch. The management was very involved at the time and I really enjoyed working there. I wish I didn't have to move because I would still work there if i were still in Iowa!

I highly recommend working here. The head department is all about the staff members. They work really well with everyone and they strive to meet the needs of the staff, residents, and family members. The building is clean and smells great. The CNAs are awesome and they go above and beyond for the residents. Again, I would highly recommend working here!

I've had some very good experiences with Arbor Springs, and like I would totally support anyone considering the facility as an option for caring for their loved one affected by dementia. Providing seamless social, nutritional, spiritual and medical care for individuals and their families is what Arbor Springs does. That's it. It's not a country club, it's not a mens or womens club. It's low stimulation, thoughtful caregiving. It's NOT rendering people helpless with over-medication, but it's not letting folks free-range around West Des Moines either. Arbor Springs protects their residents and families, by providing confidential, safe, secure spaces. Comfy, warm places to sleep and do whatever folks do when they seem to be at a loss for words, can't sleep, or don't seem to recognize every familar face they ever met in their long lives. Sometimes life slips a person a wildcard, and we deal with it. Arbor Springs is a one-stop-shop when it comes to long term care. Room, board, doctors visits + dental, therapies and whatever a person requires. It just doesn't get any better. Ever. Anywhere.
